My home is located 10 mins from Dunsborough, Smith's Beach and Yallingup and 30 minutes from Margaret River. I have quite a large vegetable garden and some fruit trees but most of my block is trees and bush. I have a large house and live by myself. From the photo you can see there is also a cottage next door which I rent out. I would love some help with the garden, particularly the vegetable garden and to finish off some painting jobs around the house. As I live in a bush fire zone, I also need help to keep all the bush neat and tidy and fire safe. During winter I need to do burning off in the bush to keep it safe. There are lots of different jobs to do here. If you like working outdoors, gardening or painting and want an opportunity to stay for a few days in the middle of the very popular tourist area of Dunsborough and Margaret River, please contact me. I am happy to host single people or a couple in my home. I have uploaded photos of one of the bedrooms and bathroom you cou... more inside

I have a 3 bedroom house in Greenmount which is close, 3 minutes by car, to Midland. Midland is the gateway to the Swan Valley, a wine growing region packed with restaurants, beer gardens, cafes and wineries offering tastings, Midland is also 5 minutes from Guildford which was established during the founding of the Swan River Colony in 1829 and today itís one of only three towns in Perth on the National Trust register. My house is on the bridle path which takes you by foot or bike through to all the picturesque towns of the hills. Midland connected by rail to Perth and Fremantle, the historic port and boasts the best cafe strip in the west, on the way to Fremanlte by train you can stop in Perth and visit Northbridge, which is the night life, art and food center of the city. I'm hoping to have 1 - 2 people to come and staff and assist with gardening and house keeping as I organise my house for de-cluttering, it's much nicer to do with company . In exchange for accomadation, breakf... more inside

Hi, I am looking into Helpx for the first time.

I am a busy mum with two primary school aged girls.
I need help to sort my home out and do jobs like cleaning, folding and cooking, and possibly occasional child care.

The initial blitz will be hard work, but after that, the tasks would be easy to keep on top of, and probably no more than a couple of hours a day. For this reason, I'd prefer helpers who are willing to stay at least 2-3 weeks. I've been struggling with illness (thankfully recovering) and would appreciate help from someone who is non-judgemental about the current state of things and willing to help me sort it out. If you have experience dealing with total chaos, you're very welcome here! Students are also welcome - I can take you into town to the university or to South Regional TAFE most if not all days.

We are an all-girl household, and strictly non-smoking. We are learning musical instruments and have a piano, Cajon and guitars if you play. I cater for both v... more inside
