We have a 26 acre farm, 2.5km from the centre of Beechworth. We eat seasonally from our garden which provides us with most of our vegetables and eggs. We practice the Australian Demeter Biodynamic Method. Our current home garden has been influenced by Linda Woodrow's "The Permaculture Home Garden". This summer we plan to sell seedlings and vegetables. We will be building a strawbale round guesthouse in Summer 2018. We will also be working to set up a market garden that will be approximately 2 acres in size.

Help needed includes all aspects of vegetable growing (preparing beds, sowing seeds, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, preserving and seed saving) and general farm work (eg fencing, setting up and maintaining irrigation and infrastructure). We have 2 creeks from which we are currently removing blackberries and weeds. If interested and skilled, we would also like help with building the strawbale house and yurt with living roofs. As we are establishing a working farm, some wo... more inside

We are a family farm business with stud and commercial sheep. We have other animals on the farm including some Maremma dogs, working dogs, some cows, chooks and lots of native wildlife! Please see our website for more information and photos. Join us as a member of our family, and we can all learn and enjoy every day :-)

Looking for easy going people to allow our kids to experience your cultures and develop long term friends and or memories for them as well as us. Don't be afraid to ring or send a text message.

We always have things to do on the farm or around the house and garden and its always more enjoyable having someone to share it with.

Please note, we do not live in Melbourne, we live on the farm and this is how we enjoy it. We are 2.5 hours from Melbourne but are only a short trip to the Grampians, Port Fariy, the wine areas, and much more to explore.

We are an easy going, happy home with very correct English spoken here and can help in that department. We are well travelled. Mount Eliza is on the Nepean Peninsula side of Port Phillip Bay. Looking for a young woman or two to dogsit a new puppy from the 12th of August. Chutney the spoodle (cocker spaniel cross poodle) will be eleven weeks and needs a dedicated dog-loving helpx to provide backup care.

Chutney will primarily be the responsibility of my teen daughter but since she goes to school we hope to find someone who can care for Chutney when my daughter canít.

Being a devoted puppy auntie is your primary responsibility but we also hope you can help with light domestic duties (cleaning and cooking). I work long hours in Melbourne so imagine my post would attract someone who is independent and possibly needing some time out from the pace of life on the road.

About me. I am an anthropologist (I have provided a link to my website) and have hosted wwoofers for many years in a town near Ballarat. I now live in a central part of Ballarat (which is just over an hour from Melbourne by train). Ballarat is cold at this time of year but I have good heating in ... more inside

Hey Guys,

I`m looking for someone (2 people is fine) stay in my room and look after my blue cattle dog for roughly 4 weeks while I am away in Perth.
Dates are roughly from the 15th july til late august.

There may be some other duties involved (mainly cleaning) but that can be sorted out later.

The house is a sharehouse in a great location in Thornbury right next to the Merri Creek Reserve and 5 mins walk from no.11 tram, IGA and right next door to all the cool neighbourhoods and happenings. Its an awesome location.

Please get in touch with a little about yourself if youd like to know more.

cheers
Zac
