2.5 acre property with swimming pool, aquaponics and beehives. Help needed outdoors; mowing, weeding, cleaning pool, and general property maintenance~ indoors; cleaning. Knowledge of garden reticulation or building is also a plus (I currently have a fence that needs fixing and some small building jobs). 1.5 hours a day in exchange for spacious accommodation.

We have two large bedrooms plus one very large attached granny flat with own bathroom, lounge and simple kitchen facilities. Shared kitchen facilities are also available.

House is off Thomas Road in Casuarina W.A., close to freeway and train station but still semi-rural. When possible, we can drop or collect you from Kwinana train station, a 3 minute drive away. Without a car, it's a long walk to the train station - possible to do but easier with a scooter or vehicle.

We are about 30 minutes from the city and Fremantle. Perfect for people who want some peace and quiet but still enjoy being able to get back to urban life... more inside

WE DO NOT HAVE ANY POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT
We have a farm/tree nursery 250 kms SE of Perth. We are 60 kms from Narrogin which is our nearest town. So we are fairly isolated. We need to shop in Narrogin once per week. Our farm is leased and we run a tree nursery on the farm. We would like to offer accommodation and food in a caravan or house in exchange for two hours help in the nursery on weekdays . Please be aware that we work outdoors. There are opportunities for paid work at different busy times during the year. We have employed many backpackers in the past in our tree nursery.Often up to 20 at a time and they have loved the isolated rural experience. We are an eligible business for 2nd year visa. Our business is no longer large enough to require so many people, but it is still an interesting experience doing farm things, catching yabbies, seeing kangaroos, sunsets, open spaces, bush walks. We like to have BBQ's, pizza nights and staff get togethers. We envisag... more inside

We have enjoyed the 2 year journey of building our small eco-home in Yanchep with lots of wonderful HelpXers. The site is opposite the ocean 45mins north of Perth and the build is at last in its final stages. We are now seeking helpers with building, carpentry and/or landscaping experience.

Our project has been an owner-build with Linda project managing while Ian continued with his day job (CEO at Central Desert Native Title Services).

The design of our home incorporates passive solar principles and is being built with a low cabin footprint. The construction is lightweight using SIPs and phase change materials to moderate temperatures. Water is harvested for gardens and we're using many recycled products in the build. We have 18 solar panels to power the house and our electric car.

Your room in Yanchep comes with views of the ocean and we serve mainly VEGAN food (we use eggs but no dairy).

If you love the surf, sunsets over the ocean and have lots of muscles and/or... more inside

We have a small 3 acre property requiring general gardening maintenance and some house cleaning. My wife and I have two young boys 5 and 6 and 4 dogs which we breed and are due puppies any week now so if you like puppies we would love the help with those too.
We have a one bedroom self contained bungalow just near the main house so you would have your own privacy.
You would require your own car as we don't have a spare one but if you don't mind a short walk the bus system isn't to far.
My wife also rides horses and we would also require some work done at the property the horses are kept at.
