We moved to NZ 20 years ago, have been traveling, sailing and living in the Caribbean before that and have had a farm in Kerikeri until last year. All children have left and farm activities were too much for us. The place became too big and we moved to Russell.

Before moving to the big house we lived in the "love shack" for 1 year. It shows as the last of our pictures. This will be your accomodation with view over the sea.

We try to grow our own fruit and veges organically. This means we never use any pesticides and insecticides that are not organic.

We would like to have a couple stay and work.
We are looking at cleaning up around the house, gardening, weeding and doing some oiling and cleaning of windows and cleaning in the house.

We receive quite a few request from helpers who are alone meaning not in a couple. This doesn't work for us
since we are busy and like our helpers to be independent

I am the director of a Christian charity. We have a property in the Bay of Islands, right next to a beach rated one of the top 10 in Northland. In fact, there is a beach on both sides of the property. Search for Oke Bay on google earth and you'll see what I mean. Accommodation is being offering just down the road for $1000 per night. The fishing, diving and swimming here at Oke Bay is incredible. I reckon this is classic New Zealand at it's best! Dolphins regularly visit the Bay, and the occasional whale.

There is an historic building on the land (6 bedrooms, right on the waters edge) which we have started to renovate.

The house has mains pressure hot and cold water, chemical toilet and long drop, two fridges, stove, shower, wireless internet, phone etc.

Being a charity, all the work is being carried out by volunteers out of the goodness of their heart.

At the moment we are focusing on the outside, renewing the weather boards and framing (where necessary). Recently a... more inside

This is a picturesque mixed farmlet run as a sanctuary. Nonsmoking omnivores with a sense of humour and respect for animals and the environment are welcome.
At times the farm operates as a recuperative farmstay for overseas guests. Old trees, stone walls and water views attract those keen on art and photography, but it is a high maintenance property with work ranging from gardening, stone wall/fencing repairs, to painting, general
maintenance and housework.
We are 10km from Kerikeri.
At least a week's notice of an impending stay would be appreciated as we are completing renovations (hopefully). No children please.

We live close to Kerikeri township in the lovely Bay of Islands on an idyllic mixed citrus orchard. Kerikeri is a lively village with walks, local produce, a Farmers Market, historical places and is close to beaches and fishing spots. We are a retired couple in our early 60's looking for help on our orchard and around our house. A builder or tradesman would be most welcome. We offer an on-suite double bedroom with own shower and toilet. Stays would be up to a week or longer. When the weather is fine we may head off fishing with you. If you would like to share our lovely lifestyle with us in a smoke free and drug free environment contact us.

We have beachside accommodation available in a beautiful part of the Far North of New Zealand, 120km from Cape Reinga and close to some of the best beaches in NZ, 90 mile beach, Maitai Bay and wineries. Two bedroomed self contained and self catering (most essentials provided), the Bach has fabulous views over Rangaunu Harbour and is located in the quiet and unspoilt Village of Rangiputa. Google Rangiputa and you will see that it is referred to as the Fiji of NZ.

Free use of WiFi.

Free accommodation is offered in exchange for building extensions to existing wooden decking so a carpenter or experienced builder would be needed. This is probably a job that one person could complete in a week easily working say 4 hours a day and two or more people could finish much quicker and then take time to explore our scenic area.
