We live on a property in the Macedon Ranges, which is an hour from Melbourne. It is a beautiful area - lots of great walks and bike rides. We have a large garden and animals.

We would love some help with gardening and general maintenance jobs. For food and accommodation we would be asking for 4-5 hours of work a day. If you are able to work more hours we would pay $20 per on top of food/board. We enjoy cooking and eat delicious fresh food. The hours can be flexible. We live just 3kms out of the township of Woodend but we are close to a train station. It's a lovely small town with good cafes, bookshop, library, etc.
We are a family of 4 with a large, comfortable house. There are bikes you can use and internet access. We have a dog and cat. And please note we are a non-smoking household. Accommodation is your own room in our lovely sunny house.

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to help out with a winter clearout specifically help with tidying up the garden, and inside the house to make everything wonderful.

We are a family of three, my son, his kitten Victor and our other cat Rosie. I work as a paediatric occupational therapist.

I offer a room but not food.

The deal: ten hours a week helping for a room rent and amenities free. You can use the kitchen obviously and groceries can be purchased nearby.

The house has three bedrooms with a large backyard. You would have your own room. There is one bathroom. The property is roughly 30min from Melbourne CBD by train and 55min on tram. The house is a two minute walk from La Trobe University and the Bundoora reserve.

However remote, there is an abundance of facilities and activities around the area ranging from shopping, a couple of wildlife sanctuaries, large reserve, free golf course, leisure centres and other stuff.
