Hello, we are a music loving couple living in a large 3 level home in Reservoir, Melbourne with our dog Clara. Rob is an English teacher and Meg works in the film industry, we have both done a fair bit of travelling through Asia and Europe.

Our house has 2 bathrooms and is a meat free house- (seafood is ok) with a large garden 16km's north of the central city. It is a 5 min walk to the bus station and a 2.6km / 30 minute walk to the main train line which takes a 30 minute ride to Melbourne CBD, there are some shops nearby (convenient store, fish n chips, pizza place) with a larger shopping area inc supermarket and cafes about 4km away.

Ideally we would have a couple who are dog lovers and happy to work 2 hours a day for accommodation only and good at entertaining themselves, we have a lovely spare bedroom with very comfortable queen bed.

Work would include such things as dog walking, gardening / lawn mowing, washing windows, water blasting the path and possibly interior wa... more inside

A small picturesque farm situated on a river between two big forested national parks in East Gippsland. Witchwood is tucked into the hills just below the Errinundra plateau which is a stronghold of old growth forests.
The settlement of Goongerah has a population of about 40 people, a school, but no shops, TV or mobile reception (it does have satellite internet and landline phones).
The property is run organically and has a large food production and preserving set-up; vegie gardens, orchard, chickens, geese and dairy goats, as well as two Clydesdale horses, two dogs and even free-range guinea pigs in the orchard. Self-sufficient in fruit, veggies, eggs and milk. Still working on chocolate and vegemite.
Have piano but no time to learn - so piano players welcome!
Property is 100% solar powered and has a water wheel for pumping to the hill tank from the river.
A lot of my time is spent working to protect the East Gippsland forests from clearfell logging and woodchipping - a ma... more inside

Hi, we are looking for fun loving, honest people to help us through our busy season and different times of the year. Our park is set on 200 acres of beautiful wilderness just near gorgeous beaches in lovely East Gippsland. Here you can fish, swim, surf, canoe and whatever else you like to do outdoors. The park has pools, tennis court and amenities. We need help around the park with cleaning, gardening, pool and grounds maintenance over the our peak season December/Jan. We need up to 4 hours a day. We provide accommodation and meals. We do not have internet but there is phone reception and we are happy to take you into town where they have internet at the local cafe. Let us know if you think this is something that would suit you. Cheers! From Jungle Beach.
