We are looking for volunteers year round.

Help us with our guesthouse and help Japanese people learn English in our small conversation school. Spanish speakers are also most welcome to help us with speaking in Spanish.

We have a small guesthouse with guests from many countries staying with us. We also have a small conversation school providing lessons and cultural contact with native English speakers.

Our students usually come to learn conversation once a week. You don’t need to be a certified teacher or know Japanese, and you must enjoy the give and take of conversation.

You would be helping five days a week (six days a week occasionally) as needed four or five hours a day. You will also be helping to keep the school clean and tidy.
Our guesthouse requires a bit of looking after such as general cleaning and some laundry of bedding, chatting with guests, and so forth.

--Introduction--
We are a community founded in 2016, based in the beautiful countryside of Japan. Our project consists of a few major parts; retreats + workshops, organic farming, and a healthy diet. Which all combined boils down to `holistic health` and a `holistic approach`. We try to tackle nature deficit disorder, and we help/encourage people to find their mission in life!

We ask for a small daily contribution as a volunteer, which is smaller the longer you stay (this is because we prefer people who stay for a longer period of time). If you stay with us as a skilled volunteer it is free.

--Help Needed--

Often we are with 3-5 people (plus our daughter), and our project is quite big! We have quite a big space to take care of, as well as our (organic) farm. During the summer we always need extra hands on the farm with harvesting, selling and general care of the plants. We mainly grow melon, tomatoes and pumpkin, but we do have a variety of other vegetables as well. (whic... more inside
