We have a roomy Queenslander on the Fitzroy River 25 km north of Rockhampton and are preparing it to be an Air BNB destination. We have irrigated lawns and gardens but there's still a lot of work we'd like done in the gardens and around the house. We're an outgoing middle aged working couple and would appreciate the assitance of a friendly and sociable hands on person or 2 to help out with some of our projects.

We are a retired couple growing fruit and vegetables for family and friends.
We do it out of interest only-not to sell. Our other interest is sailing-we often go over to Fraser Island in a live aboard sailboat. The trip over to the island is regarded as sheltered water sailing.
We have a spare room under our high blocked house for Helpxers with your own shower and toilet.
We grow sub tropical fruit -particularly mangoes where we have about 40 varieties.
The help needed is with the routine tasks such as mulching trees however interested persons can see grafting and other horticultural practices. There will be plenty of time to explore the local area also. We can help you to get to Fraser Island or if you don't mind sailing you can join us in a sailing trip there.

We are a young family of 3 (mum and 2 boys 5 and 6 years).

We live in an inner city apartment in brisbane, right on the river. So it's a great place to get to know the city by bike, walking, bus, train or citycat. There's also an onsite plunge pool, gym and bbq area, and visitor parking. This could be suitable for tourists or those looking for something to settle into before finding steady accomodation or work locally. It's a beautiful lifestyle as there is a cafe onsite, and also a large historical pub across the road.

I'm happy if you're keen to be social and do things together in Brisbane or down the coast - like being part of the family, the kids love that and we love meeting people from all backgrounds and showing them around brisbane. And if you want to be more independant that's all good also.

I have a large balcony in which I am trying to create a garden. So I'm interested in those with horticultural experience who can help me with ideas. Other work around the apart... more inside

Hi there, future helpers, we are a definitely caring, honest, and friendly family, who do enjoy a good joke and a laugh

This is a 27 ha hobby farm in South Capricornia. We are seeking friendly, responsible, and outgoing travellers who speak reasonable English and like to socialise with their hosts. We will supply you with all your food, free wi-fi, and separate accommodation in exchange for some general help around the farm, 2hrs per day for room and full board or 1 hr a day if you would like to supply your own food. Working hours are flexible: if you want a day off, you can do double hours one day and have the following one to yourself. Either way, you will have plenty of time to yourself to relax and admire the native wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, many different species of birds, and even wild deer. We also have some cattle, horses, chickens, geese, and guinea fowl, and even a peacock.

There are many jobs available: general maintenance (weeding, mowing, feeding the... more inside

Generally need help with housework and gardening...cooking too if you can... but FROM ABOUT THE 16TH MARCH I WILL NEED HELP WITH A SMALL RENOVATION... LANDSCAPING, GARDENING, PAINTING ETC ETC

Throughout the year, we accept helpers every now and then to help around the house and garden. We offer your own room, and meals and snacks in exchange for 4 hours work each day. Helpers have full use of our home, laundry, swimming pool and wi-fi, and are part of the family while they are with us.

If we have a big project on, we need more helpers and we have to squash in a little bit. In that case, sleeping may be on a mattress in our son's toy room, for example. It is a fun atmosphere when we have lots of helpers. The most we have ever had was seven at one time - fun, hardworking people from all around the world - France, Italy, Morocco, Germany, Hong Kong - a lot of laughs!

Guests may have the option to work 8 hours EVERY SECOND DAY, so you have every other day free to go diving, s... more inside

Just interested to see if anyone would like to come and stay for awhile, free rent, wifi, pretty casual family with two little ones. In exchange for assistance with housework, dog keeping and if you could cook the evening meals while I bath and get the kids to bed that would be fantastic, or at least share the duty. Id make you feel at home and would love the company.

This is a 60ha peaceful, forested property in southeast Queensland, 70km from Gympie or Maryborough. 10ha of rainforest bordering a freshwater creek and swimming hole with lungfish, platypus and turtles. Munna Manna is in overlapping environments (temperate/tropical, coastal/inland), creating a vast diversity of life in a variety of habitats.
