Please see the reviews about Bianca our latest and most negative helpx person. We have not had a helpx since then though we have had people from, other platforms- she will probably change per profile an.Bisanca is a user and operates under another names and with the minimal verification process there is on helpx Rob Prince offers little that can be done beyond moving to another more secure site like maybe workaway. Honestly, I would like to support this site if it was kept up to date. It needs at least one good help x ironically!!

Hello helpers

Welcome to our listing page.

We are looking for a woman or couple, from now, to help with looking after our home, garden and B&B and possibly cook a few times a week if we have similar approach to food. We would prefer people able to stay with us for at least two or three months.

A bit about us: We are a family of 3 and 2 cats. We are living in a beautiful part of Devon, at the edge of fields and stunning views but very close to Totnes, one of the most alternative towns in the UK. We are involved in holistic work with families, from pregnancy onwards, running a small computer business and offering accommodation (mostly in the summer).

We offer two different kinds of exchanges:
one for 15 hours work in exchange for comfortable warm accommodation in a very comfortable caravan and a couple of meals together a week
one for up to 25 hours work a week in exchange for similar accommodation and breakfast, sandwiches or soup for lunch and a nourishing sup... more inside

We are currently seaking a volunteer or volunteer couple to help us run our hostel from April through to September 2019. A minimum period of two months will suit both ourselves and our prospective volunteers interests best. Please do not reply with an offer of less than two months.

We are a modest (14 bed) backpackers hostel, in a beautiful country location close to the Eden Project and the town of St Austell in mid Cornwall.
The hostel is immediately adjacent to our cottage and utilises an existing complex of a stable yard and buildings. These have been sensitively converted into two dorms, a common area, shower block and courtyard kitchen.
We also have a modest growing area for organic soft fruits and vegetables.
The volunteer or volunteer couple are offered accommodation in our cottage with their own room and bed. Full board is provided with free use of telephone (for UK landline calls) and wifi.

We are artists as well as gardeners and enjoy cooking and meeting people. In the future we want to create a small retreat where people who are recovering from illness or need some time out from stress can come and stay and recuperate. We are looking for people to help us to finish our project, join in and swap knowledge, skills and experiences. In exchange for 4-5 hours a day with weekends free, we can offer accommodation, food, and transport if needed to and from local areas of interest or the train station.
