Hello

We are painting a lovely wooden house on a gorgeous property in Chowan Creek near Uki. Amazing views of Wollumbin/Mt Warning and 100 acres of bush to explore. There are resident Goannas, Kookaburras, Pademelons and heaps of birds. Ten minute drive into Uki where there are cafes, shops, pub. We are looking for help to finish painting the house. In exchange of 4 hours work we will provide accomodation and basic food supplies. We are flexible if you want to work more hours one day and less another day. There are plenty of books to read, chairs to sit on and instruments to play plus surfboards to borrow!

Text is best for communication!

Lets paint!
Cheers
Jake

Catherine Vale is looking for assistance during June for pruning and preparation of vineyard for budburst. I would then need more assistance towards the end of July.

Catherine Vale is a 100 acre property backing onto Yengo National Park with a 4.5 ha vineyard with 6 grape varieties. Catherine Vale is located 6.5 km from the village of Broke. It is in the Singleton Local Government area. Most workers come by train to Singleton. I can offer self contained accommodation a short distance from the home. I generally provide breakfast supplies and lunch and dinner are organised with me.I do appreciate assistance with the meal preparations and clean-up.

Experiences include working in the vineyard and helping with vineyard maintenance tasks, pruning, harvesting etc. There is also have garden and house maintenance, painting work etc available.

Catherine Vale is in a beautiful part of the Hunter Valley with 3 national parks boarding our area. We back onto bush and ... more inside

We have a beautiful property in the Byron Bay hinterland. Our unique and inspiring eco home has views across the Nightcap range. We have fruit trees and a vegetable garden and plenty of wildlife.

We are happy, healthy, active, people who would love help with our land and home weeding, planting vegetable garden and pruning fruit trees, home repairs, painting, cleaning windows and possibly some childcare for our 12 and 8 year old children. I am a dance teacher, therapist, writer and surfer who likes cooking and drinking tea.

Your room has a comfortable queen size bed or 2 single beds.
I also have a large bell tent which we can set up if you prefer.

We have really good internet, a beautiful home with fireplace and rainforest views. Having your own transport could be advantageous however, there is a bus to Byron Bay (30mins) and Mullumbimby(20 mins) a few times each day from the end of our driveway and I drive to town most days.

Our home to four people is located in the town of Grafton and is within walking distance to the town centre, although we have bicycles for you to use as well.

We have a garden which is a work in progress and we would love to welcome green thumbs into our home to share our garden journey, which is currently curtailed by busy lives and limited gardening skills.

We live beside the beautiful Clarence River and it is great for swimming in or sitting beside after you have put in three to four hours of work gardening, cleaning, cooking - whatever is needed on the day. We have a couple of kayaks that you can take out on the river and around the islands.

We have two dogs - labradors - and a cat in residence so those who suffer from allergies should bear this in mind. We are a non-smoking household as well.

We enjoy sharing our table with convivial company and would welcome anyone who likes to cook as well.

Accommodation is within our house - although if you'd prefer to set up... more inside

Hi, My name is David and I live on a beautiful Mountain property near Mullumbimby with awesome views through the hills to the ocean, often with friends and travellers visiting. There are also about 3 other people living here in various other cabins/houses etc.

There is forest (bordering National Park) and lots of wildlife and birdlife as well as tropical fruit trees on the property, we are also in the process of establishing vegetable gardens. We are off grid, the solar power supplies day to day needs.

The property is about 15 minutes to Mullumbimby and 25 minutes to Byron Bay. Meals are vegetarian. I enjoy meeting and sharing time with travellers and learning about other cultures..
