Hey
I have accomodation on a 40 acre property and I am happy to house and feed someone in exchange for yard work such as; gardening, fencing, general maintenance around the property. We have multiple dams so if you’d like to go for a swim you’re more than welcome to. You can either bring your own camper or I have 1 available for use. Our property is situated 40km north of Gympie. I have 1 dog so I would prefer for no pets to be brought here, also would not recommend the place for children due to unfenced dams and creeks.

I have a large house with landscaped gardens. We have two small dogs that loves attention.
The house has a strip of bushland next door. Lots of birds and lizards visiting throughout the day.

Looking to help someone out during the current lockdown situation with accommodation in exchange for general house cleaning/ maintainence and gardening. Hedging, weeding and cutting back overgrown plants from the recent rains.

Would suit someone travelling with own transport as public transport is not very close.

Nonsmokers only.

We are not vegetarian.

If this sounds ok to you get in touch.

I have a beautiful home on the ridge in Elanora on the Gold Coast, South East Queensland, Australia. It is in a Koala sanctuary, surrounded by bush and wildlife. Often you will see wallabies grazing in the back yard, and if you are patient, also koala’s in the trees. You definitely will hear the latter even if you do not see them!
There are plenty of bush walks around my house for you to explore the native wildlife.

In my opinion (and many helpers that I have hosted) my offer is a great opportunity to live in a very special part of the Gold Coast. The property is set in bushland but is only five (5) minutes drive to Currumbin Beach and close to other beaches and Shopping Centres. The Pines Shopping Centre is the closest to my home and provides all that you would need. I have found most helpex people are not into large shopping centres and prefer beaches and wilderness which my property has in spades.
I would prefer a couple as I have found that better for me and you can ... more inside

We are not able to take any volunteers during the virus lock down. We are finishing our building of a rammed earth house using natural building techniques and developing our permaculture garden. The house is off grid in beautiful bushland and our electricity is produced from our solar panels. Our filtered drinking water is collected off the roof and other water is pumped from the river. We are inland, at the north of the Sunshine Coast, just one hour from Gympie and an easy bus ride from Caboolture (near Brisbane). The bus costs $53.

We need volunteers to help us with carpentry, putting latches on windows, filling gaps above the walls and putting the ceiling in the bathroom. We will work alongside you. The gardening is helping to establish a food forest plus weeding, planting and picking vegetables. We welcome vegetarians! We have recently got 2 bee hives and have our first honey! Plenty of wool from our sheep available to indulge in wool crafts like spinning, knitting or felting.
It is a lovely area with Red Tailed cockatoos in abundance, platypus and other interesting creatures can be found.

NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE UNTIL VIRUS SCARE IS OVER
A gorgeous beach is at the bottom of the street - there are gorgeous beaches everywhere in fact & the accommodation is air conditioned. You can bushwalk with sensational sea & mountain views; see wild koalas & dive the reef. It's early summer now & the native flowers are blooming - native gardenias perfume the air.

I owned my own cafe (there were stories about how good my food is in two newspapers, one magazine and on TV) and worked as a chef, so guests love my food. Herbs, tropical fruit trees, cherry tomatoes and other veggies grow in the backyard.

I'm looking for can-do people to help with maintenance, cleaning and gardening. Most important is the ability to finish tasks following basic hygiene & to work unsupervised (after I show you where & how things are done).

The people who are happiest here are conscientious & care for this place - I get on very well with this personality type as that's how I created my home.

I live on a hobby farm on 40 acres of land. For accomodation for travellers,I have a retro caravan with power and shared amenities available(also plenty of places to park your campervan or pitch your tent, with power) in return for two hours work per day. Chores include general hobby farm maintenance and some gardening/weeding and some renovating work. No skills required.
Evening meals are provided/vegetarian or meat.
I have many projects on the go that I need a hand with, and enjoy the company of travellers as I have travelled extensively as well. I have an easy going nature and live in a beautiful area surrounded by large granite boulders and rugged australian bushland. There are many national parks and interesting things to do in the area. I have evening fires, outdoor cooking and am surrounded by large gum trees, kookaburras and kangaroos etc. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. I play some guitar and love to have a sing along with other people.
