Currently need someone asap to help out on the farm. We have a 6 month old baby - so must be a non smoker and must not be sick or injured.

Our family farm is a 200 cow dairy farm, 8 minutes east of the Bombay hills. It is 85 hectares of farm land and another 30 hectares of native bush and pines.

As a dairy farm we could always do with an extra set or two of hands!

There is always all sorts of small jobs that need doing that i don't get time for or just need a hand with. To stay, 4 or 5 hours work a day would be sufficient. This work could include anything from spraying weeds to painting building. It all depends on the time of year and the weather. But you will definitely a true kiwi farm experience here!

We are a young couple (31/32) with a warm 4 bedroom house on the farm. we have two dogs, (mojo/buddy) black labs. we both work all the time but there is plenty to do in your down time - from bush walks in native New Zealand forest to a double waterfalls. we also have ... more inside

Myself and 1 of my adolescent children living here with friends and family coming and going. We are relaxed friendly and down to earth. If you like forest and nature this is nice place to be. Our house is homely set amongst lawn garden and orchard with forest and stream. We are slowly developing the property with various projects going on. Currently after just finishing a renovation I am tidying up the property and building a sleep out and other bits and peices. Someone with building skills would be great and am willing to pay or someone who loves to sort glutter have oodles of old tools etc things to sort and throw and have a big bonfire.
Couples and children welcome.
The accommodation is warm and comfortable but basic. Either a bedroom with your own toilet and bathroom or sleep out.
We have a flock of chickens a dog jack and a cat.
It is a good place to settle new Zealand on arriving to find your bearings being close to auckland but peaceful in the country.

Hi, Its now summer in Huia and it has been absolutely beautiful. We are a coastal rural environment, and we are right on the edge of the Manukau harbour with beautiful bush walks and gorgeous beaches (one just a few minutes walk down the road). We have lots to be done right now, all help welcomed.

There is a LOT of weeding to be done right now. There are some other light building maintenance like waterblasting, cleaning windows, cleaning and/or sanding walls and ceiling ready for painting. And if you have the skills you can help with some building work.

You need to be self motivated and get along with jobs on your own. So bring your great personality and enthusiasm!

Make sure you are prepared to work outside, bring a hat and suncream! 4 hours per day work is what we expect you to do, but of course we love and appreciate if you choose to give extra time. We would recommend starting at 9am and finishing at 1pm, to give you the afternoon to explore and enjoy our be... more inside

I run a lifestyle block on the western outskirts of Auckland city (about 20 minutes off-peak) and have 2 kunekune pigs and 20 laying hens. Part of my property which has a flower-growing nursery on it is leased out but there are many maintenance jobs that I would love help with around the property ie: hedge-trimming, wood-chopping, gardening (weeding, trimming shrubs and branches off trees) and generally keeping the property tidy. I have an old glasshouse and shadehouse which I'm dismanteling as well.
I share my home with 3 friendly flatmates, one who loves to cook and a dog and cat. We're quite a sociable bunch so come and join us. I have one spare room for you yourself or you and a friend (twin share). I have a pushbike that you can use and I'm happy to pick you up from a bus-stop/train-station when you arrive/depart.
