We operate a cattle farm situated in the beautiful, pristine alpine national park, Victoria, just 1 hr from Dargo, 2 hrs from Bairnsdale and 6 hrs from Melbourne. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and into our family. We are a fairly cosmopolitan family with Chinese, East Timorese and Peruvian members of extended family. We would be happy to show you around the area and try to make your stay as interesting and informative as possible. While not strictly an organic farm we do observe organic principals. There is a mud brick house on the farm as well as a swing bridge over the river. There is trout fishing platypus viewing and kayaking available in the Wonnangatta river running through the farm. We are totally self sufficient with our own solar set up providing electricity, orchard, extensive vegetable garden and chickens. The Alpine National Park is a pristine area with deer, wombats and kangaroos. We are looking for someone to help with gardening, splitting and sta... more inside

**No availability until late JUNE 2019**

Our two acre property is in the heart of Rutherglen, a 150 year old winemaking region in Victoria, which is famous for its fortified wines and red wines. Our home is a 15 minute bike ride from the famous Murray River, which is a perfect spot for beers, a picnic or a swim. Our garden overlooks nearly 100 year old vineyards and we're a five minute walk to the main street where you'll find cafes, bakeries, wine bars, shopping, groceries and great coffee.

Our place is home to heritage breed chooks, a border collie named Olive and we have more than 20 varieties of fruit trees, a veggie patch and a lovely swimming pool.

We have a little toddler, Alexander, which is amazing, but it means we haven't had the chance to keep on top of our garden, which is why we need your help.

We're able to offer a queen bedroom and large bathroom with shower and bath, as well as yummy home cooked dinners, a bike to borrow so you can ride around the wineri... more inside

We are located just outside of Daylesford where we make cider from the apples we grow onsite. There are also gardens, veggie patch and a cellar door which is open 7 days a week.

Throughout the year we are busy and an extra pair of hands would be very welcome. This could be anything from planting new trees, harvesting apples, pruning the garden, picking vegetables, making traditional cider, serving cider at the cellar door or helping out at weddings and events and live music.

You would have your own room and would share our bathroom and kitchen/living space. All meals provided, and it would be lovely to share recipes, cooking responsibilities, stories of travel and more.

Having your own transport would be recommended but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to base yourself in the Daylesford/Macedon region with endless amounts of places to visit, food and wine to try, and things to do.

Working on a cider farm isn't so bad either!

We have a large house with indoor swimming pool set in 4 H with approx half bush and half garden. We have 2 bedrooms each with double bed and a bathroom shared between the two bedrooms for helpers' use.

We mostly require help with the garden - mowing, planting, clearing, landscaping, general tidying and visits to the local green waste tip. Approx 4 hours per day in exchange for room and board. Flexibility appreciated. We are vegetarians but happy to cook meat.

Our house is situated in Nicholson, which is midway between Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale - we have lots of parrots and echidnas. Kangaroos are often seen in the front paddock. There is a V-Line train station in Bairnsdale with regular service to Melbourne and there is a bus from Nicholson to various locations. However, we are also happy to help with transport whenever possible.

Nicholson is a beautiful area in the Gippsland Lakes with abundant opportunities for cycling, bush walking, water sports and general sigh... more inside

It a cute Hills cottage with lovely views situated in the Yarra valley Victoria in the picturesque town of Warburton.

At the moment I'm building fences and finishing studio, so any building skills are most welcome.
The Garden is in need of replanting and reorganise as well.

We'd love a spanish speaking helper ,as we are learning spanish - so if you happen to be a spanish speaking person who is good with children (I have a 3 Year old)

So in short if you are able to either

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Our home is on a beautiful property located on a hill a short distance above the town of Yarra Junction, with views of the surrounding mountains. Our family is Angela and Andrew, two lovely boys aged 10 and 8 and delightful daughter aged 5 years.
