Not looking for any help at the moment. Will update when we need more help.
----------
Very easy work: thorough spring clean of the house (room by room), wash windows, help with gardening. Odd jobs person would be helpful. We have hosted many helpers in our Melbourne and French homes - everyone has loved it.
----------
Our house is incredibly luxurious and in the lively suburb of St Kilda. We are 500m from Acland Street (with its cafes, restaurants and bars) and close to St Kilda Beach. There is a tram at the end of our street that takes you to Melbourne CBD in 20 minutes. If you want a fabulous Melbourne experience, St Kilda is it!

Our house is huge - 400sqm. It dates back to the 1880s and has been fully renovated. We currently have five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a beautiful rear garden.

You will have a private king bedroom with your own ensuite. It is extremely luxurious!(the bedroom photo with the green carpet shows your private room, with ensuite). If we ... more inside

I am an artist living the dream painting and sculpting every day in the spa capital of Australia, a little country town called Daylesford in Victoria, l am looking for one person to start straight away working in and around my studio and gallery doing a variety of works, as well as that there are general maintenance jobs in and around the house. Which include gardening, digging and other jobs. Just over a 1hours drive out of Melbourne, or a 1-hour train ride from Southern Cross Station, there is one double bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom. Beautiful bush setting. With 2 beautiful lakes and the town all within walking distance. I Look forward to hearing from all you fun loving creative folk out there.

We are looking for help of one person to start Mid December. We need you to stay 4 or more weeks for it takes time to show you how to do the tasks that we do in the day. The animals are wild and change of people is not good for them.

We have a 139 aces hobby farm with beautiful views. The Milligan Farm runs a very busy wildlife rescue centre - "Wild About Wildlife Rescue Centre" with kangaroos, koalas, possums, wombats and other Australian Native Wildlife.

We also love gardening and have a large veggie patch. We welcome people all year around and cater to all dietary requirements. Cooking skills are required.

I need someone that is a animal lover and is prepared to work 4 to 5 hours. You will be hands on with our animals in care with feeding, cleaning, washing, farm work and maintaining a clean home.

We are a self-funded shelter that not only cares for animals, but also rescues animals in emergency situations as required. It is no easy task being part of this team.

Hello helpx community. We are looking for help from about 26th November for about 2 weeks with childcare for our 4 year old girl, spring cleaning and gardening, on our property in beautiful Warrandyte. If you are interested please keep reading.
We live on a beautiful property not far from the city of Melbourne (40 min drive) in the town of Warrandyte, we are walking distance to the river, where you can swim although we have an above ground pool here. There is a bus 10 mins walking to take you to the town or to the train. We are a family of 4 humans, a dog, cat and chickens. We have a comfortable spare room with a queen size bed and plenty of room in the house to all have space. We are open minded people and flexible with how we work out help/stay/food in a fair way. We have a BNB cottage/farmstay on 40 acres of bush and pasture. We can provide basic accommodation in return for some cleaning and gardening. We are hoping to start a big organic vegie patch. You will definitely need your own car as it takes 15 minutes drive to get to the nearest town.( DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A CAR PLEASE) It is very beautiful and peaceful. Our birdlife is fantastic. We also have koalas, kangaroos and wombats living around us. Applicants must be very quiet and respectful as people come to our accommodation to relax and unwind. No music is to be played unless the BnB is empty of guests. The sounds of the birds and frogs is better! (Best suits a couple or two friends.)

I live on my own right now as my housemate Peter is in hospital after having suffered a bad stroke, so I need help at home here more than ever! His recovery will be a long process.

Before Peter became ill, I was renovating the house and unit that we own in this cute Gippsland Hills village of Yallourn North. It still needs lots of finishing...anything from landscaping / gardening to painting / minor carpentry repairs to de-cluttering.

However in 2015 I have decided to become both a host AND a helper myself with HelpX, so I will hopefully no doubt be doing a bit of juggling to organize various homestay bookings and other helper jobs. I still need to keep actively busy and I want to live life to the full.

Having just turned 66 I am no spring chicken...but then neither am I totally over the hill! I am mentally and physically agile and I always have some new project on the go, but I plan things so that jobs can be done in stages, to suit my own flexible lifestyle.

The prope... more inside

Hello
We are a couple with a 1 year old son and we live in a 3 x bedroom house in Seddon and a large backgarden we use to plant vegetables, fruit and herbs. We also have a cat. We are interested in having someone come and stay with us to help in the garden (mainly) and a bit around the house too. It would help if you were interested in children but not essential as he is in child care on some days :)
We live very close to Seddon train station so it is a short ride to the city, and walking distance to vibrant Yarraville and Footscray but the house itself is quiet.
You would have your own room.
Thanks
