**FULLY BOOKED until August 9th 2018**
We are Paula and David, a retired couple. We run a Wildlife Release & shelter, dealing with mainly orphaned animals and birds whose parents have been killed on the roads, or by other accidents. We nurse them back to health, and if possible release them back into the wild. This can be a large undertaking, but also very rewarding to those who help. We mainly take care of wallabies, koalas, possums, and gliders. Sometimes we have injured birds too, like frogmouths or kookaburras.
We've been running the shelter for over 35 years.

We mainly need help taking care of the animals. This includes (bottle)feeding the wallabies, collect grass for them, and cleaning their pens, food bowls, and water bowls. For the koalas leaves need to be collected, their eucalyptus branches need cutting and changing, their cages need to be cleaned, and their water bowls cleaned and filled. Furthermore the gliders need to be fed once a day, and their water bowls need c... more inside

If anybody wants to make changes to this conditions, we are open to discuss other ideas. Thank you

We have an acreage property in the heart of Eumundi that needs Tender Loving Care in the extensive gardens and yard. We have recently moved in to this property after having it as a rental and are in the process of restoring a granny flat for helpers, unpacking and taming the grounds.

Accommodation is a separate camper van with double bed. The van at this stage has only sleep facilities, kitchen is in the main house with 3 meals supplied on work days. Separate toilet and shower to family is available.

One of your jobs may be the restoration of the van as it has fallen into some disrepair (surface rust, also needs a good clean out inside).

Eumundi is a delightful, quiet town, an easy 5 minute walk from the property, only 20 kms to the beautiful Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast. We can collect you from the train in Nambour by arrangement, or from the train or bus stop in Eumundi.

People from any country are welcome, the outdoor work will be mowing, trimming trees and ot... more inside

Helpers welcome. Looking for helpers that know how to fence, have some carpenter skills and like general gardening :)

Hi everyone,

We are a busy working couple, living in our lovely near new built ocean view home in Craignish, only 15 minutes from Hervey Bay. We both have full time jobs working from home and are looking for some help doing some odd cleaning and gardening jobs in and around the house. We have a large double storey house and we live upstairs with our sweet Belgian Shepherds Halo and Fable. Peggy is originally from the Netherlands and Steve is from the UK. We have both travelled a fair bit and combined have seen a good chunk of this wonderful planet. Now settling down a bit and enjoying a calmer part of life. We only built our home 17 months ago and there is still a lot of work in the gardens to be done which is why we are looking for some helpers in exchange for some lovely and relaxing accommodation :-)

We are very easy going and are happy to have people aro... more inside
