I live on a small block just outside of Cromwell, on the main road to Queenstown with my wee dog Millie, a cat and 6 alpacas
I have a few acres of ground and really need a hand with gardening, painting and maybe some fencing. I prefer people in the age group 26+

As I am on the state highway you will have easy access to Queenstown, Wanaka and the ski fields. A short drive away are the vineyards of Bannockburn. Cromwell is 5 minutes drive away and has a variety of shops including a supermarket, service stations and bars. It would be easiest if you had your own transport, but if not then a lift into Cromwell would often be available.

Wireless broadband is available. I am looking for an average of 4 hours work per day per person but am happy for you to combine hours to some take time off.Basic meals are provided Please make first contact by email, not telephone.

We are a family trust smallholding with a particular interest in rare trees. There are 4 family groups with houses on the land. We have gardens and an orchard which require weeding, trimming and pruning year round. We also variously teach and perform music, ballet and drama, and regularly write, create, and perform shows.

We are a dairy farming family who love farm life and the outdoors and want to share our lifestyle with a like minded person. We are located 15 minutes north west of Oamaru, only 3 hours from fantastic ski fields and very close to beaches and mountains. We are looking for someone to join our family from the end of July to the end of September, to look after our 3 children (two girls aged 6 and 3 and a boy aged 2), for a couple of hours in the afternoon during our busy time of calving. In exchange we will provide a double room with internet and all meals.

Hi, I'm looking for either a couple or a guy to help with removing 2 sheds which are attached to my cabin. I'm having the cabin removed from the property, so need the sheds to be dismantled in a way that they can be re-assembled at the next location. Also help with lifting and moving boxes and stuff.

My house is strawbale, 3 levels. 5min walk to the lake and 10min into town. I enjoy having people at my house, it's very casual, and I like people to make themselves at home. I am often busy with work, but enjoy catching up over food. I love traveling and am often overseas during our winter. I travelled a lot in my early 20s and now have children of that age. I enjoy people of all ages and stages.

My husband and I live on 50 hectares, on the outskirts of Oamaru. We have fantastic views over town and sea. Check it out on our website. We would mostly like help with the garden, house and farm chores, and maybe painting. We would like our workers to do 5 hours per day for 4 days per week. We love meeting folk from all walks of life, and would welcome you to come and stay. Having your own transport is an advantage, although we are only 4 kms from the township of Oamaru. There is plenty of interest to look at and visit, in and around our town. We were voted the "Sharpest Little Town In NZ" :-) www.visitoamaru.co.nz We are not vegetarians, and will cook you our own home grown meat and vegetables when we can, according to the seasons. We look forward to meeting you.

we are a family (mum and two children 10 years and 13 years that are active and live in a fun active neighbourhood).
We would like to host either one or two people that are 25 and over and available to assist around the home with gardening, child care and the driving (day trips to queenstown and other rural locations at times).

As I work, your role will be largely running the home and looking after the girls after school and taking them to their after school events this is in the afternoons mostly and occassional weekends. the most of the day will be yours to look around and enjoy .it will be 4 hours in exchange for board and lodgings.
It would be welcomed if you where active, loved the outdoors and motivated to enjoy it whilst you are here ie not always on the computer. We live right on the lake, with walking and biking tracks. we love to ski, bike, swim, canoe and sup, walk and have adventures.
get in touch if this sounds good to you.

We have recently moved to Dunedin from our small Pinot Noir vineyard accredited with Sustainable Winegrowing NZ Certification in Marlborough. Education for our children has brought us South to Dunedin. We have operated B&B accommodation in Marlborough, are a prior member of WWOOF, and love meeting people. We believe in the slow food movement and love cooking. Our house is lovely and warm, located on the Otago Peninsula with 180 degree views of the Harbour, 10 minutes drive from central Dunedin. We have embarked on a new hands on property project and are looking for keen people who have some experience with building or renovating or are good with their hands. Accommodation is inside our lovely family home and meals are shared with our family.
