We are in the hills 1 hour from Perth CBD in a small rural farming community. Our place includes the original Post office (1914 - 1972) which has a reputation of being the smallest post office in Australia, this is now used as your cosy air-conditioned bunkhouse with 4 single beds. Complete the rustic aussie experience with an outside toilet.

Meals and showering (and another toilet) is in our main house. We have a winter creek at the back set in bushland, chooks, worm farms, dogs, musical instruments (piano, guitar, ukuleles), and a teenager. Room for vehicles. Singles, couples and small families welcome.

We seek helpers for general yard maintenance, gardening to establish veggie beds, weeding, sweeping, cleaning, painting and household chores.

NO local transport. I can pick you up from Midland Train Terminal (30 minutes from here).

You will need to keep your areas clean and tidy. Two hours work is required each day for accomodation, four hours if including meals. We... more inside

Hi. I'm a solo mum to a 6 year old boy. He's being home schooled. I don't have family support to give me a regular break so my house is disorganised. It's very homely though with lots of indoor plants.

I have a range of ways people can help. Sometimes an extra set of hands is needed in the garden. Mostly I'm very content working there but there's lots of sheet mulching to do and some basic structures to build.

I need some pictures hung on walls and shelves mounted. Mostly i want someone to spend time with my son so I can get things done without him being attached to a screen. He's very energetic and an extrovert. He will play with anyone. If you have some particular skills that he wants to learn that's a bonus.

If you're really handy, I have a fire truck to convert to a house on wheels.

We live in a 4 bedroom house and rent one room to a mature woman who's never home. You can bring your own van or stay in Dorris, the dove camper. Up to 6 people can sleep in her... more inside

Hi.
I have a lovely green small horse agistment property that is located on the coast between Bunbury and Busselton and is close to the South West tourist region. My place is close to the ocean and backs onto a National Park Tuart Forrest.
This property is being set up for Holiday Rental and AirBnB . I am looking for someone to help out with general jobs such as painting, cleaning etc in exchange for accomodation and meals (4 hours per day).
If you have any building experience that would be great. You will have your own room and will be part of my family while here. Your own car is not essential.. This is a great spot to stay for a few days or longer while organising other travel/job options in the South West .. Sandy

We run a Sheep station 30 km from a town called Mt Magnet(300km east of Geraldton) in the Murchison region of Western Australia. Busy times are october to March, with maintenance carried out for the rest of the year. We are currently running 2,500 merino sheep and a similar number of rangeland goats on 100,000 hectares. Most stock work is done in the summer months which can be hot for days at a time. People wanting to stay to experience the pastoral industry are welcome, being able to share in cooking and other jobs around house is a necessity.Helping out around the station will include stock work and checking and fixing of windmills and fences, plus work in the garden and some maintenance on house and quarters.
Use of a vehicle for your stay can be arranged and having the ability to drive a manual vehicle or motorbike is considered favourable.
Accomodation is in the house at this stage and there is access to internet though is limited due to download restrictions.

My partner Anne and I are professional and practical Aboriginal people. We live in Balginjirr a small remote Aboriginal community near the Mardoowarra (Fitzroy R) in the Kimberley region of north-western Australia.
We established a small not-for-profit NGO and have built a wilderness centre near our community. We are starting a wild harvest program to gather bush foods to help supplement the communities finances. In 2017 we will complete the painting and other finishing touches of the wilderness centre and start a vegie garden to supplement the communities food and sell any surplus to help community finances. Please contact me if you would like an experience with Aboriginal people in a remote tropical rangelands savannah environment. The main town for accessing our community is through the beautiful multicultural pearling town Broome, which is another lovely experience to have. We look forward to hearing from you.

We are a small family run winemaking operation based in the stunning Margaret River region of Western Australia. I am the winemaker and there is my wife Kellie (nurse) and my two daughters Lilly (9 yr/o) and Daniella (7 yr/o). We produce very small batches of ultra premium wine using very traditional, old world practices. The winemaking techniques used are a combination of the biodynamic winery practices I learnt whilst working as a winemaker with he famous Cullen Wines of Margaret River as well as those learnt whilst working in the world renowned Barolo zone of Italy where I have worked every year since 2009.

At various times throughout the year we require helpers to assist in various tasks involved in winery and vineyard work. We also require some assistance with our two children and home organic garden and fruits trees, chickens etc.

We live in the town of Margaret River itself. We have a nice small house and beautiful yard and garden. We try and produce as much fresh pro... more inside
