Come and stay with us in our lovely little farm cottage and horse property, with quiet horses, menage and riding trails by the picturesque Kings Billabong National Park. The property is located very close to the Mighty Murray River and only 12 km from Mildura. The weather is beautiful all year round. I'm renovating my house and it's on a big block. I need someone to do small building jobs, floor tiling, gardening, painting, fencing, burning off and general maintenance. Work is easy and you don't need any special skills. ...
I would ask for 3 hours work per day per person with two days free. Ideally I would have someone for 3-10 days. I have two spare bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a single. I would welcome couples, friends, solo travellers or small family's. Any age is welcome. Wifi is available . You would get three meals a day provided. This is negotiable if you have your own van and want to cook for yourself. I will provide food but we will share the cooking and I expect you to clean up after yourself.
Barooga is approximately three hours north of Melbourne on the Murray river. It is in New South Wales but on the border with Victoria. I live in town and you can walk to everything including the river.
I'm in Melbourne every few weeks so I may be able to pick ... more inside
