**Currently looking for helpers from 3rd June for about 2 weeks** We're a young family of 4 (2yr old boy, 4yr old girl) plus a friendly little dog. Tom is a Civil Engineer in the Infrastructure Construction industry and Gen is a stay at home mum, Community Kindy President and is a great cook although sheís too modest to say it.. We love the outdoors, swimming, playing with the kids, gardening, going on adventures and socialising.

We love Helpx because, we're keen to meet people from different backgrounds, share stories and learn about each other's culture.

Helpers will need to be comfortable and experienced and strong for outdoor work. Couples or pairs are preferre... more inside

I am looking for someone to help me with riding horses, mustering on horseback, spraying weeds, offsiding, driving 4wd vehicles between properties. I also need help with fencing. Some fences need to be strained and some repaired. I reside on a large forestry block that runs beef cattle. There is a small cottage on this block which is used for accommodation. Local shops are 40kms away by vehicle. I am able to provide transport to and from the local shops. I would also like help with some domestic duties and cooking.Smoking is permitted. No children or pets allowed. I am predominately a meat eater but vegetarian meals can be provided by yourself. Auburn falls (national park) is a place of local interest to backpackers, which is 25kms away. The closest township has a population of about 2000 people. There is an op shop, banks, chemist, grocery shop, library and a post office situated in this township.
