This is a funky eclectic beach property on a quiet street 5 min walk to an uncrowded beautiful surf beach with many walking tracks through the dunes nearby. Just 8km south of Noosa, one of Australia's most iconic tourist destinations. Peregian Beach village is only 3km south with great restaurants, boutique shopping, IGA and patrolled beach. Brisbane is an hour and a half drive away.
There is a saltwater pool, a large deck and some beach gear at your disposal.
This urban block has been set up as an organic edible garden with native and European honey bees. It just needs a bit of love to bring it back to its former glory.
The downstairs of the house is a separate space that has been converted into an AirBnB which attracts lovely guests, often families.
I would like to offer accommodation for up to a week (longer stays to be negotiated) and possibly food (to be negotiated) in exchange for 2 - 3 hours work per day helping with AirBnB change-overs (1 or 2 times per week), general... more inside

I am in urgent need of a couple to help me restore my property after the lovely rain we have had after a prolonged dry spell. As I had to take it off the market because of the dry but need to get it back on the market and get it sold asap.

We have a saltwater swimming pool, gym equipment and a self contained comfortable caravan with undercover outdoor area for our guests. WIFI available. It's only a 15 minute drive to Atherton. This is a no-smoking property. There are many attractions in the area to explore in your leisure time, such as waterfalls, lakes, rainforest walks and wildlife experiences.

Off the beaten track experience and learn new skills!

We are a very relaxed and easy going family who run a busy farm in Biloela, Central Qld, which is approximately 120km inland from Gladstone and 150km inland from Rockhampton. There is a bus that services the town several times a week so a car is not a necessity but is a bonus because it will give you a greater opportunity to explore the beautiful area.

Over the years we have hosted many people from all over the world, which is an experience we enjoy immensely. We are still in touch with many of them and have enjoyed many of them returning for further visits. Jobs that we may need help with include gardening, mowing, weeding, handyman work, painting, tractor work, cleaning etc. All depending on helpers interests, skills and expertise.

In return we offer an excellent opportunity to spend some time on an Australian property, see some wildlife, learn about the everyday life on a farm and gain new skills. We provide all help... more inside

Hello Helpers,

We live on the coast in beautiful Cleveland, only a train ride away from Brisbane. We live walking distance from a small beach and there is so many things to do in the area.

You will stay in your own flat (with a beautiful view of the ocean) that has a kitchen and lounge.
Update:
We prefer helpers over the age of 23.
Help required with the following:
Cleaning and sorting
Cooking
Window cleaning
Gardening

We need 4 hours a day of helping. You can choose how you do the hours during the week to have days off of to explore Brisbane, nearby Islands or even bike around the local area.

We are an easy going family and like you have travelled and worked around the world.

Hope to hear from you soon.
