***Have Availability /Space from now and through late September and October 2018.

We live in a beautiful rural environment close to Perth - 10 mins from Armadale and Kwinana Train stations - 40 mins from Perth CBD.

We ask 3-4 hours input per day in return for some food/meals and accommodation and generally no expectations on the weekends. Contact us if you think this idea would work for you and your friends ( 1-2 people at any time works best here). We have internet but you need to meet your own costs for useage.

Our family (with 2 children 22 and 20) live on the rural outskirts of Perth on a small property where we breed and enjoy a variety of farm animals and activities. We have the usual farm jobs to cover e.g. fencing, hay cultivation, weeding, riding and working horses, planting trees, driving cars and tractors and maintaining the house and garden.
We have separate on-farm accommodation (with a pool - which also needs looking after:)) available with bathroom, and lots ... more inside

We live, with our 2 bull-terriers, Minki & her daughter Braggs, on a 3 acre block in a refurbished 3 bedroom cottage; and we also have a self contained fully equipped separate studio with En suite, kitchenette, queen bed and lounge. We are an older, but definitely not elderly couple, who need help weeding, planting, tidying up the garden and general help around the house, which could include painting, some carpentry, woodwork, cleaning and definitely re-organising. We are only a 5 minutes walk from the historic town of Bridgetown, which is home to the Bridgetown Blues Festival [2nd weekend in November]. We're less than 3 hours drive from Perth or a daily train/bus service. This a superb location from which to visit such places as Albany, Denmark, Walpole [the famous tree top walk] and the Blackwood valley and Busselton/Bunbury. We will provide meals, very comfortable accommodation in either cottage or house and reasonably light to medium duties, or more if you want or feel able!!

Set in a naturally forested garden where kangaroos regularly come in and graze. We also have a native bandicoot in the garden. A small organic garden which gives a small harvest of vegetables and fruit trees. Only one single bid but could be use by a couple as well.

Free bed and lodging in exchange for a couple of hours housework or gardening. Good cooks are welcome!

If you do want a longer stay, it is possible to find paid hospitality work in the town which is an easy bike ride away.

Musicians welcome!

Town is surrounded by beautiful national parks, with cliff walks (where you can spot whales) and gorge trails and lots of fishing spots. Lots of wildlife in and around town.

I have a small sewing business and do various other things around town. We require help with cooking (but not essential), cleaning, gardening, basic daily chores and a couple little projects around the house and yard. A few hours a day in return for board(a comfortable bed), meals and internet.

The 36 cottages in this former 1950s timber town now provide holiday accommodation. We have just recommenced taking in Help-Xers starting February 2017. Staying here provides a glimpse of the Australian way of life from the 1950`s.
The wildlife around the village is abundant and very tame - particularly the kangaroos, emus and parrots who may be fed by hand. There are also possums at night.
We are located in the Karri forest 30 minutes from Bridgetown or Manjimup (both have bus links to Perth) and offer magnificent forest walks and silent starry nights.
An enthusiastic small team operates the business. Accommodation is rustic, in old mill cottages with one common television in the village and limited mobile phone reception. Our accommodation for you may vary from a dormitory/bunkroom, staying in the manager`s house or one of our cottages. We`ll supply plenty of food to cook your own meals at your leisure, as well as 30 minutes of internet access a day. In return we as... more inside

Hi, this is a unique opportunity to live in a museum! I am a gay guy who is the curator and caretaker of an historic homestead built between 1862-1880, located within extensive gardens. Part of the house now functions as a museum. The property is in a rural setting at Greenough - just off the Brand Hwy- 19 kms south of Geraldton and 400km north of Perth. I have planted fruit trees and established an organic vegetable garden. Helpers must like animals as I have ducks, a cat and 2 dogs. The property is close to isolated stretches of beach, bushland and other tourist attractions. Work includes gardening, cooking, cleaning, art projects, translating, helping keep the museum open, minor property maintenance, etc.
Only have accommodation for one person at a time and prefer non-smoking helpers over 25. For helpers wanting to improve their English, I hold a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (2001).

I have a house on half an acre in the Eastern Hills of Perth. Most of my garden is just bush (no lawn etc) and native plants - except for surrounding the house. I have had lots of couchsurfers stay and they all like the fact that it is really laid back here and a good place to relax. I have 2 spare rooms - both with double beds. It is about 3kms to Mundaring - the nearest supermarkets - and public transport isn't wonderful, but there is some. Nearest commuter train station is Midland - 20kms away. I am close to the State Forest, Lake Leschenaultia (good to swim in fresh water) and John Forrest National Park.
Really I am looking for people to stay occasionally and help me clear up leaves and tree bark from the back garden (never ending in the Hills) and take it to the tip. I also sometimes have gutters to clean or weeding, or general handyman stuff but mostly can do that myself. I do have some veggies and herbs growing but I am not a wonderful gardener:-) I can offer just acc... more inside
