Happy travels...we have a full house at the moment so can't use any helpers at the moment tol spring...
We live on two thirds of an acre in a beautiful, light and spacious home. It's me, Didi, I'm 63, and Arielle, 35, my daughter (we get on like best friends)and three delightful, well behaved, large dogs,Simba and Blossom, and their mum,Maya, so anyone comfortable with dogs is most welcome. The property is full of beautiful flowers and we have a pool if it's hot.

We're into a natural, healthy lifestyle, yoga and meditation.

The mountain is 575m above sea level so is about 5 degrees cooler than the coast. We have rainforest walks nearbye, great monthly markets and beautiful views around the mountain.

Help is always appreciated around the home -cleaning floors, windows etc, food prep is also welcome. We usually ask you to do 24 hours per week and we're flexible how you organise it.

Whoever comes will have your own room. It's a very peaceful, friendly place and only 2 min... more inside

It's a large 3-story house with over 10,000 sq. meters backing onto the national reserve. It has 200 fruit trees which are all organic.the fruit is consumed by the residents and helpers. The property overlooks the beautiful valley with a partial view of the sea and it's only 15-20-min drive to the city center. I need a bit of help maintaining the house and the surrounding grounds. I am multi-skilled so you can live, learn, and options are available to earn as well.occasionally we take long trips fossicking for jewels and precious metals, eg, Gold. All this will be explained on the interview prior to commencement. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best contact me via E-mail or mobile number. Kind regards Chris

I'm looking for assistance with the day to day running of the property, so must love gardening and animals. We have a small amount of live stock and run egg and meat chickens as well as establishing a food forest and vegetable garden. Other tasks may include maintenance on house and assistance with household chores.

No Vacancy

I'd love to have you all, but have no vacancy till further notice.

Old Queenslander, not far from town.
The house was built in 1920 and has been extensively restored over the years. It has a pool, WIFI, a washing machine and a few tools should you need to fix your gear. It also has a very over grown garden that needs attention. Whilst I clean my own sh.... there is always a bit spring cleaning required (can also be in autumn or winter or summer). And there is "Monty the horrible" that needs cuddles and loves walks.
Cooking can be be shared or I cook (not a good choice). Working 2 hours per day or 4 hours and a day off or similar. I am not too stressed as long as everyone get a fair deal.
I am working from home and on weekends often go camping, bush walking, biking or kayaking, there is always room for one or two more.
I am an ex diving instructor and World Traveller in "remission" (not doing too well), so I understand your needs.

HI THERE!! We are a very busy family of five. 3 "kids" aged 22, 19 and 15. We have a dragonfruit farm and a busy farmstay holiday cabin. We need help with building, gardening and weeding, planting, mulching, fertilising, vegie garden etc. We have nice comfortable granny flat accommodation for you with your own kitchenette and lounge room. The bathroom is shared with my son Ben. All your meals are provided and veggies all organic. You will eat good food here - we look after our helpers ! We would prefer 2 friends travelling together. Sorry our place is not set up for COUPLES...we only have two single beds. There is a great variety of tasks we need help with, so hopefully you won't get bored. Our dragonfruit orchard needs attention as does the yard around the house. Are you a carpenter? We'd really like some help with our old retro caravan that needs re-cladding on the inside, we've gutted it and now just need to put up some new interior walls :-) We'd love... more inside

We are hobby farmers (in our fifties) on a timbered block of land with a creek running through. We have a lot of animals: a few cattle, horses, pigs, ducks, chickens, dogs and cats and sometimes sheep. We also have a garden with fruit trees and native shrubs. It is a quiet place with lots of native birds, but we are only 5 minutes off the Bruce Highway and only 15 minutes from Rockhampton.

The house is new, clean and comfortable, and the surroundings pleasant.

We provide a good variety of food, and we are not vegetarian.

There is always a lot of different jobs here: feeding animals, watering the fruit trees, maybe stacking timber/branches out in the paddock. We expect about 5 hours of work per day - the work is not hard. We are flexible with hours, you might want to work some longer days, and take a day off.

We are easy to find if you come by car, and we can pick you up from Rockhampton if you come by bus, train or plane.

It may be a couple of days before we can ... more inside
