The house is a brick and tile 1950's house, which has been renovated and has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom. We have a large room for guests, recently painted and decorated.

15 hours per week help with children aged 10,12,15. Afterschool pick up and assistance with after school activities. Drivers license required, reasonable english required.

We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 6 chickens.
We have hosted 10 au pairs but our needs have changed as the children are getting older. We enjoy welcoming people into our home and we are happy to help with anything such as organising a bank account, health insurance if you are on a 417 or 426 visa and from a country with a reciprocal agreement. We offer the use of a car and we provide work related petrol. Wifi and meals provided when you eat with us.
The perfect candidate is female, genuine, calm, honest and has experience with children.

Hi. We have a 10 hectare established vineyard with a big private lake in the lower south west of Western Australia. Four hour drive from Perth - the nearest town 15 kilometers away (with bus stop to Perth). Easy going family of four with two small children and another relative living on the property. Lots of pets plus a few sheep. Happy to host couple or single workers who wish to gain vineyard and English speaking experience.
We offer food, accomodation and friendly smiles in exchange for a 4 hours work in the vineyard each day (2 days off per week). We are happy to show you around the local area when we have some time off.

Room available :)Hello we are a family renting a beautiful two story rammed earth house located 5 kms from peaceful bay beach and bordering walpole/nornalup national park on a very large bush property. We are 40kms from Denmark and 25km from Walpole. I can't help with any visa situations or finding paid work and was only wanting to trade accomodation for two hours help.Peaceful Bay is a very beautiful place with great fishing You will need your own car. I was really looking for people who want to have a holiday out here in a relaxed family home and atmosphere. I need help in building a chicken pen, chopping wood and help in the gardens and maybe babysitting. In the off chance if there is anyone around that can play piano I have just got one and am trying to teach myself so could even trade piano lessons. :)

Hi. We have a lovely old home in the midwest WA that is currently empty and in need of repair.

We are looking to either complete repairs ourselves, or have help doing the repairs, with a view to then using the home as an AirBNB rental.

Ideally we would like to invite an individual or a couple who have handyperson skills to live rent free for anywhere between 2-12 months, to slowly repair the property and get it rental-ready. We live a few hours away from the property; so the helpers would be essentially independent and on their own. We would likely cover some repair expenses and internet/electrical/water etc, some furniture, but food would be up to you. Details will be negotiated.

We would then envisage having someone stay on rent-free in one room, and maintaining the house while renting out other rooms on AirBNB. In addition to living rent-free, a portion of all revenue from the AirBNB would also be allocated to the live-in caretaker.
