Hello! We are a franco-argentinian family with 3 kids and a charming dog, who got into an amazing adventure of renovating an old (1880) MOULINAGE (a silk manufacture) for both, living in a first place and creating a special place to stay.

US:
We are a young couple: Paz & Antoine
3 lovely, funny and most of the time easy-going kids: Nil ((almost 9) , Léo (5y) and Tess (almost 4)
and our charming dog, Luna

We hold a small family building company. Antoine is a carpenter and I a yoga teacher.

OUR PLACE:
It is an amazing silk manufacture with around 1000m2 of building to renovate and 2he of garden, so...there are plenty of things you could give us a hand with.

OUR PROJECT
We would love, before the end of the summer, to finish the first floor apartment so that we could start renting it on September.
So you might expect to have some hard work to do but we'll do our best to make it worthy!)
There is a kitchen and two bathrooms to be finished.
We need also to finish t... more inside

Hi...we (Corinne, Andy, Kai (12) & Maya (8))live and run a B&B in the foothills of the Pyrenees, with yoga holidays & mountainbike hire. We're particularly looking for a couple to come around the 25th July and who would be happy to stay for a few weeks. In that time we'd like to go on holiday leaving you in charge of our animals and pool and garden maintenance. We also need help right now with gardening and general house maintenance however anyone who's happy building things out of wood would be very welcome!. We can offer yoga classes and biking in exchange for work, as well as food and accommodation. We're walking distance into a small town with loads of amenities plus there's direct access to beautiful countryside all around. Have a look at our website for a better idea. Need to be happy with dog-walking also! Look forward to meeting some of you. Corinne and Andy

It is an herbal tea story (and others products with dry plants, wild or growned, aromatics and medicinal) , sold on markets associatives shops or other short and fair way...

The old farm is getting a new life (low impact home rebuilt with maximum regard for the environment). Dry stone wall, frame roof...
We need help in so differents activities that you can easily find yours!

AT THIS MOMENT:
hands are needed for planting, weeding, fencing, picking, preparing the plants, making tea bag... mainly outdoor activities but all physical !

We appreciate energetic, positive, effecient and independant people ;-)

We can welcome you in a mongol yurt, a caravan or a cleany cocoon attic... more inside

Hi everyone!

We are Pierre and Claire, installed recently in the Armoric's Coast.
After many travels and experiences, we decided to put our luggage between Guingamp and Carhaix in a corner of peaceful nature.

We are committed to ecology, respect for all, and we want sharing and exchange of services.
We are both musicians . We speak French, English and a little Dutch and Icelandic remains.

Both are vegetarian and want to live as independently as possible!
The place is full of potential, allows us to create multiple projects on the ground so that this place becomes a haven of peace, love and light.
We've an association in socio-cultural, ecology and wellness. We would like to create events on this place...

We are looking for help to:
- Cut, assemble and pack firewood
- Maintain, digging, planting, harvesting in the vegetable garden
- Build various places of rest and recreation (wooden huts, bread oven, barbecue, swing, solar shower, hen house, shelters wood, ....)... more inside

Availability:We are a bit tight on dates now, but if you think you have skills we could use and fancy visiting this area, then please do message us.

Martin and I are retired but very active. I was a teacher and ran a business, Martin was a builder and it's largely thanks to him that most of our old farm buildings here have been sensitively renovated in the local style. We live just to the north of Bergerac and have over a hectare of land with a few goats, a few hens, a vegetable garden, more fruit and walnut trees than we need, and we run a couple of popular holiday properties on the site. I speak good French although the main language in the house is English.

We really appreciate an extra hand from willing guests from time to time, and the chance to make new friends, hear new perspectives, and share stories round our table.

Although we are in a rural location, the lovely town of Bergerac is 5 minutes by car, with lots of things going on there as well as train and bus link... more inside

(Version française sera là dans quelques jours...)

update: we are looking for woofers to come the third week of july in order to be up to speed to look after our farm for a two-week period (where we`d like to leave on holiday with the kids). There`s about 3-4 hours of work per day. You can enjoy the mountains, our private pond, the lovely village at 20min walk etc....

Hi.
We are a family with 2 kids (9 and 11) who exchanged our previous lives (as a nurse and engineer) for a `back to basics` life where we try to grow healthy food for as many people as possible. On our small farm, at 750m altitude and with views of the Pyrenees, are 250 laying hens, 4 cows, 3 goats, 3 pigs, a dog and 3 cats. We sell our produce on the local markets. We both had completed our PDC with Richard Perkins at Ridgedale permaculture. Our `heroes` are Joel Salatin, Alan Savory and the likes...so we move our cows and chicken tractors every day and grow tomatoes in our greenhouse...
After h... more inside
