I am an outdoor adventure enthusiast, I particularly enjoying surfing in the many surf spots along the West coast of Ireland. I love being amongst nature and beautiful scenic areas. I was born and raised in the UK and moved to Ireland 15 years ago and instantly fell in love. I have always worked in the outdoor industry which is why I set up my adventure business. Three years ago myself and my best friend also took over a hostel in a beautiful part of Connemara. It's a 30 bed hostel in the centre of Clifden. This year we opened up a bar. It's a magical place to be and more often than not people end up staying here longer than they had first anticipated (like myself). The people are what makes the place so amazing, coupled with the beautiful beaches and stunning green mountains there's no better place to be in the world

Are you looking to stay in a beautiful quiet rural location?

We are located on the side of the scenic Nire Valley, West Waterford. We own a cottage and small holding on an acre of land in the middle of the family farm.

We are looking for individuals or couples to work alongside us who have reasonable English, who are easy going, friendly and relaxed that will fit in to our little family. We are Mary, Eddy and Molly. Molly is our 13 year old Jack Russel who lives in our home and is a very important part of our family.

We have two out door cats, free range chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, goats and a Jersey cow called Jasmine. Over half of our chickens are ex battery farm chickens. They came to us almost completely bald, no feathers from the neck down. With love and TLC, they all now happy, fluffy chickens and lay wonderful eggs for us every day. Our turkeys are forever turkeys, not just for Christmas. The Indian Runner Ducks are real characters and have to been seen t... more inside

I operate a small family run Bed and Breakfast business.
I would like some help at breakfast times and with the changeovers.
I live in the countryside, 2 miles from the nearest village so must be someone who enjoys that kind of life!
Looking for helpers from June 1st to Oct 1st to help especially with B&B breakfasts, changeovers and general tidying/ upkeep!
I ask helpers to work 8am to 1pm, 5 days a week with 2 days off in exchange for board and lodging.
The area is really beautiful in the summer and we get some lovely sunny days. There are lovely beaches nearby and lots of lovely things to see and do. Google "Hook Head, County Wexford". You can also also use bikes that we have here. Send me a message if you have any questions. Thank you.

We run a 2 acre smallholding in beautiful West Cork near the sea, mountains and woods. We breed Turkeys (for own use only). We grow potatoes and lots of vegetables. We have a glasshouse and a polytunnel. We would love to have some help with all the above eg. feeding of poultry, collecting eggs, planting, weeding and watering veg, general maintenance etc. Lots of woodcutting. Occasional help in the house is appreciated also. It rains a LOT in Ireland and ground can be extremely muddy so sturdy waterproof boots and raingear are essential. As Nobby works away from home during the day you would need to be able to work independently. Helpers are part of the family, have their own bedroom in our house and eat with us (please note that as we raise our poultry for the table we do not cater for vegetarians). There are usually other helpexers / woofers / au pairs in the local area so there is the opportunity to meet others socially. We have been WWOOF hosts for the past couple of years and... more inside

We are a well-travelled Australian/Irish couple living on a smallholding in rural County Carlow. We are 7 kilometres outside of Bagenalstown, which has train and bus access to Kilkenny, Carlow, and Dublin. Our property has beautiful views across fields toward Mt Leinster, and is close to several well known walking trails.

We have four friendly cockapoo dogs (poodle x cocker spaniel), that look and act like teddy bears and have free run of the house and farm yard. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to anyone that does not enjoy the company of dogs.

The smallholding produces fruit, vegetables, and meat for our own consumption. We keep ducks, geese, chickens, goats, pigs, and guinea fowl. All animals are free-ranging and fed natural, unprocessed foods (our heritage pigs are ranged outdoors in a well sized field).

In the Summer, we run natural building courses in hemp lime, host other natural building courses on our property, and frequently ask artists and artisans to r... more inside
