Hi there! We are happy to take in short term or long term stays.

We are located approximately 30 minutes from the Brisbane city. There are bus stops within walking distance.

The Goldcoast and Sunshine Coast are approx. 1 hour drive from our place. Public transport is just a short walk to the buses or a short drive to the trains. We also have a bicycle that you can borrow to get around on.

We have 3 small dogs, so we would love to have someone that feels comfortable living with our pets as they are part of our family :)

My brother and I are busy with work during the week so household chores and gardening are the main jobs. We require 3 hours a day from Monday-Friday & 4 hours across Saturday/Sunday - we are flexible with days and hours. Staple food is included (milk, butter, snacks) but main meals you will need to cater for yourself - we will have a fridge and plenty of pantry space for you. Some jobs include outdoor garden work, weeding, mowing, trimming plant... more inside

Hi there Travellers!

Please come and feel welcome in our little abode on the Sunshine Coast.

Its just the two of us and our friendly dog mason here on our reasonably new 7 acre property. We live in Tanawha which is quite central to most areas of the sunshine coast, 10 mins to the beach or 10 mins to the mountains. We love it all and love to share it with others so expect to be invited to join our adventures. We're always doing something on our property whether it be building, Gardening, Weeding, burning off, earthmoving or some other random project and could always use a hand getting it all completed. If you think you have any of the skills that would help get our property up to scratch quicker please apply. We're easy going and smoker friendly outdoors. We'll supply all meals and drinks and are happy to assist with transport where possible. In exchange we're asking for approx 3-4 hours per day, and are happy to arrange flexible options to suit whats best for everyone.

A beautiful 3 bedroom home 4 kms outside Malanda township. Sunrises, wild life, serenity, music, dreaming, fun and creativity. Lots of projects and creativity that keeps us busy.

We are looking for all types of people to stay with us and help out a little. There is mostly garden work to be done, but there is always something to be fixed or tweaked in the home.

One of the first projects that needs embracing is basic pruning back the citrus orchard, so if you are up for some garden taming, ride-on mower time, and general outdoor large yard fun, I think we have you covered.

We have over 100 varieties of halaconias (feel free to take some with you), a few good climbing trees for your inner child. We plan to turn the yard into an uber overflowing food bowl that we hope you will be a participant in, and also come back to visit time and again.

We love sharing our space and having new experiences with people from everywhere.

Stays can vary - 2 hours, 2 weeks...who knows.... more inside

I am renovating an old Queenslander and I need some help ranging from cleaning, painting to carpentry and light plumbing through to gardening.
I am looking for preferably a couple 25 years old up. Smoking is only outside the house.
Hours are negotiable but probably about 4 hours a day with meals and accommodation and WIFI supplied. Lovely bedroom with double bed, mosquito net. Big veranda, lots of birds, garden :)
I live in a lovely area with lots of bush walking, lake, some good rock climbing and only 1 hour from Brisbane. Lamington National Park is about 1 hour drive but plenty others here.
The small town is within walking distance with all required. No public transport in the area so you will need your own car or being a bit stuck here whilst I am at work.
I like speaking Spanish and French, keen on hiking and meeting people, traveling, exchange ideas.

Would like some help to look after animals, gardening and getting the house up and running as we have not been here long.

We both work in the health and catering industry and live only 15 minutes from town centre and 40 minutes from rainbow beach.

We would supply food and accommodation which is almost self contain tho you would share bathroom with main house.

Looking forward to hearing from you
Beverley and Marie

Happy travels...we are hoping someone(s)can come and help us weed our garden beds! Nothing difficult, just a lot of it!

We live on two thirds of an acre in a beautiful, light and spacious home. It's me, Didi, I'm 62, and Arielle, 34, my daughter (we get on like best friends)and two delightful, well behaved, large 3 year old dogs,Simba and Blossom, so anyone comfortable with dogs is most welcome. The property is full of beautiful flowers and we have a pool if it's hot.

We're into a natural, healthy lifestyle, yoga and meditation.

The mountain is 575m above sea level so is about 5 degrees cooler than the coast. We have rainforest walks nearbye, great monthly markets and beautiful views around the mountain.

Help is always appreciated around the home -cleaning floors, windows etc, food prep is also welcome. We usually ask you to do 24 hours per week and we're flexible how you organise it.

Whoever comes will have your own room. It's a very peaceful, friendly place and onl... more inside

We are a busy family living on a small property outside of cairns. We have 3 children and can not seem to find enough time to complete the tasks we would like to. We are flexible in the arrangements as we are more focused on finding honest, considerate and like minded people to share our space. Short term preferred though longer term for the right people. Naturally.

Helping us out and living in Queensland and staying here is a great way to learn about Australian country life. The weather is pleasant, its only 3 hours from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The property is set in rolling hills of the Darling Downs near Stanthorpe which is a growing busy town with many attractions for everyone.
Volunteers will need to have an interest in helping on the small farm and learn about the rural way of life especially with bush gardens and managing the feeding of our animals (alpacas and sheep + one horse). 4 hours a day of gardening labor in exchange for full board and lodgings is suggested.
Accommodation is excellent hotel style but comfortable and homely.
We are looking for couple who would like to stay and help for 4-6 weeks if possible from February April 2018. We are happy to collect volunteers from the bus station and advise on best travel directions to arrive here safely.
