My husband and I have 3 young children-a 4 year old 2 year old and a 7 week old baby. We have a sheep and beef cattle farm with a river running through it with some great swimming spots.
We are ideally looking for a female to mainly help around the house and garden and some help with our daughters. Jobs would include: gardening our very large garden, maintaining vegetable garden, cooking, cleaning, help with animals.
We shear our own sheep so there is the opportunity to help with that. There is a horse available for a competent rider.
We have 15+ dogs (mainly working dogs) so must be ok with dogs. Always plenty of puppies!
We ask for 4 hrs help per day for breakfast lunch and dinner. We will give you Saturday afternoon and Sunday off so you have plenty of time to explore the area.
We have one large bedroom separate from the rest of the house so plenty of private space. WIFI.
We live 20 minutes from Palmerston, an hour to Dunedin and Oamaru, 40 minutes to Ranfurly and Na... more inside

We are the proud owners of a Hotel and Holiday Park in the heart of Otago. This 2.7-hectare property is partially landscaped, but as we are in a development phase it still requires more finishing and general upkeep.

We have some painting and general garden maintenance as well as hotel duties such as making beds and cleaning.

If you are a couple don't worry, we have some General Hotel Housekeeping, painting and some gardening jobs you can share between you.

We will provide and cook all your yummy meals, you will have your own bedroom and shared Hotel/Camp bathrooms. We also have unlimited WIFI.

If you can put a strong back into our jobs for 4 1/2 hours a day in exchange, we would be very happy.

The Newly opened Clutha Gold Cycle Trail runs through Beaumont and is a busy track and the Hotel is situated on the banks of the Clutha River which has all year round fishing.

Beaumont is situated on State Highway 8 on the West side of the Beaumont Bridge and is half way ... more inside

Accomodation is in a separate bedroom (sleep out) in summer and in my spare room in winter as the house is centrally heated and the sleepout is not. I am looking for someone to help with general jobs around the farm. I am looking for people to help in november and december. also for an experienced horserider in january. Kia ora,

i live in a modest, cheerful townhouse in the lovely small city of Dunedin. My home is situated up a good sized hill (you might be better off with a car unless you really like walking - about a 15 min walk to Botanic Garden, 25 min to university, 30-40 min to town centre).

The work Im most wanting done at the moment is a bit of painting / paint prep inside , of living room windowframes etc. It's pretty basic, I can show you what to do. There are probably some garden bits and pieces too. I'm open to other skills you might want to offer.

I work full time as a gardener and am often busy on weeknights so it's easier for me if you do your own cooking as i'm not always very regular with meal times, and im also vegetarian. Provide your own food - but help yourself to what's already here too.

The room you would be staying in has a double bed in it. It's just me and my cat living here at the moment . My partner normally stays here a few nights a week.

Dunedin has ma... more inside

We live in a three bed room house in central Wanaka. 10 mins walking distance to town &/or the lake. We currently need help with household jobs, cleaning & gardening... Must be child friendly as we have an 11 year old boy. He's a pretty easy going young fellow, who enjoys having visitors come stay with us. :) NO child minding required.
We have a cat, she is very cuddly, so you must also be ok with cats.
During weekends we love to get outdoors & would be happy to show guests around a little or give advice on places to see & things to do locally. We love to have people interested in exploring, no home bodies or late risers please!! We are early people who like to get the day started ;)

Preference will be given to helpers with a genuine interest in learning about NZ dairy farming and animal husbandry. We love sharing what we do and prefer to host helpers with a desire to learn.

We are just beginning an exciting new chapter of our lives, on a new property in sunny East Otago.
We have moved here with about 100 of our most precious cows and all our other pets to begin a new business selling raw milk to discerning customers. Starting a new business is hard work and not for the faint-hearted. If you consider yourself up for the challenge of helping us, we'd love to hear from you!

We offer a family environment with opportunities for farm work, housework, gardening and cooking. There is a wide variety of work available. Working with the animals of course, weed control, plus fencing work, painting, carpentry, building and lots of different small tasks to complete. If outdoor work doesn't appeal, help in the house with cooking and cleaning is always appreciated, and... more inside
