We currently have some longer term Helpx and won’t be accepting more until they have moved on. I will update as soon as this is so.

Large house close to Fremantle and 40minutes from front door to Perth City by public transport. Half an hour walk to the beach. Helpx Room has own access, lounge and TV and Bunk Beds. Single parent family with children. Only the 3 year old would need to be cared for. I try to encourage as much outdoor activity as possible and we have two parks that are walking distance from our house. Not much babysitting or long hours with children. 1 or 2 guests are fine.
Biggest issue folding and putting away laundry and supervising children while I get things done. Basic housework. Maybe cooking if you like to cook. Also walking the Dog Buster
We aren't vegetarian, but don't eat lots of meat. Non smoking household. We have a dog, who lives mostly outside and loves chasing balls and big runs and 2 cats. The Bus Stops are less than 5 minutes walk, also shops, ... more inside

I require the services of a handyman or woman. The work would suit a retired carpenter. I need wooden cupboard and floor restoration and general maintenance. The ability to speak understandable English is necessary.

I am located in a National Park in the beautiful Ferguson Valley, Western Australia. It is an accommodation lodge with luxury fittings. As a helper, you will have your own room with ensuite and access to a home theatre lounge. The meals are first class, plus you will have your own tea and coffee bar stocked with breakfast ingredients and snacks.

The 36 cottages in this former 1950s timber town now provide holiday accommodation. We have just recommenced taking in Help-Xers starting February 2017. Staying here provides a glimpse of the Australian way of life from the 1950`s.
The wildlife around the village is abundant and very tame - particularly the kangaroos, emus and parrots who may be fed by hand. There are also possums at night.
We are located in the Karri forest 30 minutes from Bridgetown or Manjimup (both have bus links to Perth) and offer magnificent forest walks and silent starry nights.
An enthusiastic small team operates the business. Accommodation is rustic, in old mill cottages with one common television in the village and limited mobile phone reception. Our accommodation for you may vary from a dormitory/bunkroom, staying in the manager`s house or one of our cottages. We`ll supply plenty of food to cook your own meals at your leisure, as well as 30 minutes of internet access a day. In return we as... more inside

No longer able to accept smokers because of health reasons.
Currently looking for helpers for the farm at Bremer Bay following the fire before Christmas which has basically destroyed 600ha the 800ha of the farm, other than thankfully the house and sheds, so a blank canvas after 25 years of work. Bremer Bay and surrounding area remains a beautiful pristine place to visit with wonderful beaches for swimming, surfing, diving and fishing. The Fitzgerald National Park is a World Heritage listed area with amazing things to see that you will not see else where. The lake is quite full so canoeing is still possible but with most of the bush and pasture burnt the farm feels bare after the distruction of the fire which started from a lightning strike about 15 kms away on the 20th of December. We need to clear the burnt fences and damaged tress away from the area and build some new fences for our goats and alpacas. The farm is an organic farm where we have been growing some of our own food s... more inside
