Hello! If you are friendly and hardworking and would like to help at our cafe project, please contact us.

We exchange room & board, and free wi-fi, for 4.5 hours of work, 5 days a week. We are flexible to individual needs and requests.

The work varies from kitchen, dishes, making juices, customer service, cleaning, barista, maintenance, etc...and if you have any skills you like to share, we usually can find a way to share that, ie. photography, photo-shop, baking, gardening, sign-making, music, fixing furniture, sewing, crafts, etc etc.

We have several types of accomodation which includes private room, shared room, a large old school bus, and a gypsy wagon.

We're located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Noosa. There is usually car sharing with other helpers and we are happy to drive you into town or the beach if you let us know.

My partner "Bryan" and I operate a Bed and Breakfast on our acreage properly located one half hour South of Cairns. We have a spare bedroom in our home - with separate facilities that our "Helper/Helpers" have access to for their privacy. We love meeting new people and can always use extra help with cleaning, gardening, mowing, animal husbandry and the long, long list of "Chores" to be found on any acreage property.

Hi! We are a young couple (Jake 31, Jerry 27) with an old Queenslander style house super close to the esplanade and the city. We both work full time and renovate when we can out of hours. We love music, the beach and socialising.

We are seeking handy people, preferably with experience (tradespeople very welcome), to work on various jobs around the house. Lots of painting, gardening, some carpentry, landscaping, a bit of electrical and other general labouring/chore work. Depending on the level of expertise, we can negotiate how many hours a day we would like in exchange for your free accommodation (usually 2 hours a day).

-Private, furnished room with double bed, desk, chair, fan and air-conditioning

We have an 80 cow mixed dairy herd, a biodynamic broadcaster and practise natural biological farming methods in the North Western part of South East Queensland. We are good, honest people and like living healthy (Weston A Price based). James (48) has a job off farm and Cassandra (45) is a natural therapist, both non smokers. We run the farm ourselves. We enjoy conversations about energy, health, farming, travelling and more. There may be a variety of tasks such as milking, feeding farm animals, gardening, cleaning and we would prefer our helper/s to have experience with cows. There will be plenty of opportunities to leave the farm to see the local areas. Lots of bushwalking. We are considered to be in a remote area (though I don't think it is!) 23km from the closest small town (Biggenden) and 55km (Maryborough) from the closest large town. We do have wi-fi - slow, and we also have phone reception. We do expect capable helpers who don't need constant supervision and there will b... more inside

At the moment I seek help with garden fencing and clearing. Work would be using a brush cutter for clearing grass, brush hook for clearing lantana, mattock for digging in tin fence.
Also possibly some building work.
I live simply with my three homeschooled kids in the quiet hills of Kin Kin. 13, 8, 4.
My interests are predominantly embodied dance forms and bodywork.
We have a simple but beautiful and private rustic hut available to stay in.
We are on solar power and rain water.
Meals a mix of shared and self prepared, by arrangement.
My 13 yr old speaks German fluently, I a little.
We live adjacent to the Noosa trail network with many options for walking, with Kin Kin Township being 4km away on this trail. Many beautiful mountains nearby to climb. Waterways, lakes and the Noosa river and beaches 45 min drive away. Lots to explore in paradise... Or enjoy a fire baths under the stars.
Families very welcome.

We welcome people from all faiths, gender, sexual orientation and dietary requirements. Namaste.

About Us:
We live in a beautiful part of the world in the rolling green hills here on the Noosa Hinterland. We have established our 8 acre property over the last 10 years, having built a house, planted gardens, raised a family and made some lovely friends in the neighbourhood.
What's involved:
Ideally this would suit one to four people (singles or one or two couples) who are looking to base themselves short term in the Noosa hinterland. You would need your own vehicle as there is no public transport access nearby. We would require 4 hours a day: some light house duties, cleaning windows, garden maintenance, weeding, mowing (4WD ride on and push mower), brush cutting, some basic general maintenance and painting, feeding and looking after chooks, light clearing work in the rainforest plot and around the dam. Of course, you will have free time to explore the amazing location and we're pretty flexible so we can negotiate. In return, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom, fre... more inside

CURRENTLY AWAY TRAVELLING UNTIL 2019

I am a young woman living in an old cottage on Castle Hill right by the sea with my partner Eike (who is from Germany) and our lovely friend Kyana (Eike is currently doing a phd in Medical Genetics and Kyana is about to start her phd). Our home is a beautiful 100 year old cottage known in the neighbourhood as 'The Rainforest House'. It's home to many birds, butterflies, kangaroos and a resident Turkey (who we love but he is rather fond of destroying my vege patch so the relationship with him is a little rocky at the moment).

I am an avid gardener and am currently working on turning our front yard into a little food garden. I work with Autistic children at a little sustainable school nearby & travel on the school holidays.

The Ferry to Magnetic Island is right down the road and I spend each weekend there as my parents are currently building their own house there. I love to have travellers/friends come and stay and take them camping at the... more inside
