Help is needed to manage the vegetable garden, feed the chickens and maintain the homestead surrounds on a former sheep station in the midwest of Western Australia. At seasonal times there is paid visa work in an irrigation project with peaches, apricots, plums and other summer fruit. Good accommodation and healthy food. Your own room. Share cooking and cleaning duties. TV, landline and internet available, and travel to and from Perth is arranged. This is an opportunity for those self-assured and adventurous persons who want to get a feel for the Australian outback, watch the biggest sunsets and live a rewarding experience. It is a beautiful time of the year now. The country is green from rain and the famous Western Australian wildflowers are in magnificent bloom, with amazing masses of colour. Day temperatures are in mid 20s and nights are cool. Perfect paradise.

We are a warm and friendly family (mum, 2 kids, aged 11 and 9, and a dog) looking for help with general upkeep of home and garden. We are renovating our downstairs studio and currently have lots of painting and gardening work to do. If you have building skills, that will also be helpful.

Your exchange may involve anything from walking the dog or cooking the evening meal to pulling weeds, painting walls and making up-cycled furniture! And of course sharing stories, ideas and experiences!

We enjoy meeting new people and sharing stories and experiences. We speak French.

Our home is close to town (2km)) and a short drive to Denmark's lovely beaches. Lovely walking/cycling tracks nearby. As there is no public transport, it is preferable that you have your own vehicle.

You will have your own bright and cosy self contained unit to stay in, including kitchen, bathroom and laundry. I'm interested in exchanging accommodation for 3hours work/day and open to discuss changes afte... more inside

We are a happy easygoing earthy family living in the beautiful coastal town of Geraldton, about 400 kilometres north of Perth. We have a fantastic lifestyle and weather, with many outdoor water sports on offer in the region, such as surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle boarding, diving. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use at our beautiful beaches. We have good bikes you can use, we live about a 20 minute leisurely bike ride from town, with a designated path along the beach. Geraldton is the gateway to the north, and a good base to explore areas such as Kalbarri, (amazing gorges, beaches) Monkey Mia (Dolphins, dugongs, turtles), Coral Bay, Ningaloo Reef and so much more. You could even stay at a working station which is an amazing experience.

We have 3 spirited children aged 15, 6 and 2 years. We are a very hands on family, the children are encouraged to paint, cook, create, explore, get dirty and play as much as possible! It can be noisy and chaotic at times, but it'... more inside

We are looking for a non smoking person to stay with us and help out with our large garden (3003 sq mtrs) and housekeeping duties while on their holiday. The busy time is November through to July. We would love an Indonesian person so they can teach us Bahasa and cook an Indonesian meal occasionally. We can provide a comfortable room with its own ensuite and television as well as wifi. My partner and I live in a very pretty city on the very south west coat of Western Australia where there are many beautiful places to visit and explore. *******************. AVAILABLE. NOW. **********************

We have work available suitable for 2ND YEAR VISA. Accommodation suitable for female only. Please no men to apply.

We have a small farm (fruit, vegetables and chickens) and eucalyptus tree plantation on the banks of the Blackwood River. We are a friendly family with two young children. Our house is fairly new and very spacious, with an indoor pool. The water is a little cool right now, but the solar heating will warm it in spring and we swim most days.

The large lawned area outside the kitchen/ lounge is the perfect place to watch the kangaroos and their joeys come to feed. We've even had some emus come up to the windows a few times. It is a very peaceful place (when the children aren't home. Lol).

Ideally I would love someone to help in the home and garden, with occasional babysitting of our 5 year old. If you need your 2nd Year Visa then we can swap jobs and you can help on the land instead... more inside

Hi, we are Meegan and Brett Woodstone . We share a passion for the simple things in life: growing healthy and nourishing food; learning and sharing hands on skills; ethical and sustainable farming practices.

We live in on our family’s 8 acre property with our 3 dogs, 20+ chickens, and would love the help from an energetic, reliable and tidy person or couple around the farm, in exchange for accommodation and meals.

The property is a working Tree Farm, we grow and sell advanced trees; we are also in the process of setting up a 600m2 organic market garden that will provide produce for local restaurants and cafes. The Tree farm is currently managing weeds using scything, slashing & animal systems, so we will need help in the paddocks hand weeding, scything and helping feed, water and move chickens around.

Dependent on when you are available to stay, we will also need help with a larger variety of tasks as we set up the market garden and convert the existing shed into a worksh... more inside
