I am on a half-acre property and produce about 30% of what my child and I eat. The property has an ocean view to the west ( the beach is 20 minutes walk away) and an estuary is situated over the hill to the east. Buses are a 5 minute walk from the house and run to the provincial town's rail station, trains from which run to Perth city taking 47 minutes. I am placed midway between Perth and the 'Southwest'. There are always a lot of projects on the go here and I would welcome assistance with some of them. There is one room available in the house.

We are a small intentional farming community, consisting of eight adults, one teenager, a baby and two primary aged kids. We are a small farm and we grow veggies, plant trees, have chooks and cows. We build, fix and invent most things we live in and use so there is an opportunity to learn a variety of skills. We are looking for people with farm/gardening/building skills as well as people interested in being part of community living. We like to have a weeks minimum stay, longer stays are possible. We live in a beautiful part of the world, between Albany and Denmark. Lots of beaches and bush walks close by. Sailing is also available, in the summer.

We are a community with an often dynamic, fluctuating population, we have taken on a piece of an old cattle farm and are doing earth repair work with large revegetation areas(approx 20 acres so far). We have a large vegetable garden and hope to soon establish a mixed fruit orchard. We have chickens, sometimes cows and other animals. We live in a beautiful area of remnant swamp/paperbark country and have lots of beautiful beaches in the vicinity. The projects that we have ongoing are many and varied, we have various building jobs to do and often there is painting, gardening, grass cutting,it would be great to have somebody that has done or is interested in permaculture, growing vegetables, compost making and lots of other earth based projects. We have bicycles and a canoe that people can use, sorry riders, no horses unfortunately! We like to have guests who will share in our daily lives which can also include cooking(yum!),cleaning, firewood chopping etc., who have an interest in sustai...
