We live in the countryside near the Medieval City of Kilkenny. We have a lovely 5 bedroom house that is surrounded by local farms with breathtaking views of the Irish countryside.
As we are busy with interior and exterior decorating we would require someone with good carpentry skills and general handyman skills. If anyone would be interested as a couple the lady would help with day to day cleaning ect. You have to be a animal lover as they are our only children.
For the right people we offer excellent private accommodation and calm atmosphere. Good daily food (all special dietary requirements) and opportunity to explore our breathtaking Emerald Ireland. We would require you to help four days a week full time. We prefer no animals and non smokers.
We will help with transport for you travelling Ireland as we do know Ireland very well.
This opportunity is available immediately.
Do not miss out!!!
Looking forward to hear from you.

We have have a place for two helpers, we would like to accommodate people who have had exp. with horses and love animals - and be able to tolerate the wet Irish winter weather.

The tasks vary but would generally be feeding horses, mucking out stables, lunging horses, walking the dogs, feed chickens and collect eggs.

We are completely horse orientated. Anyone who has animals know that the work can be hard, and no matter what the weather is the horses will always need to be fed! This is our lifestyle and we take it very seriously. Riding is available but only for VERY experienced riders.

Our small farm is in a very scenic part of Wicklow between Ashford and Roundwood. Just a short drive from Glendalough. We have 20 acres and lots of animals - mainly horses.
A hardworking friendly family that always needs help with the animals and general upkeep. We all will work equally hard and spend most of our days outdoors.

We grow our own vegetables in raised beds during the sum... more inside

My husband and I live on 1 acre property in the west of Ireland. Gerry has a business in renewable energy and I look after the house and garden, I also do markets twice a week.
We grow vegetables, keep hens.
I need help in the garden (weeding, planting, cutting of hedges).
We provide accommodation in a small flat outside the main building.
We live at about 5km from the nearest village.
we are at 10km from the coast, in the Kerry hills, it is an ideal place for hill walking and appreciation of nature.
Spring has now arrived here and there is a lot of work needed in the following weeks like cutting the hedges, getting rid of briars and preparing the soil, I do the work myself but it would be helpful to have another pair of hands.

I have a smallholding, on the edge of Roaring Water Bay, comprising fields, rough areas and mature trees. My main aim is to work with nature, providing habitats for the great variety of creatures that live here, while also producing as much food and fuel as possible.
Resident animals include two donkeys, four goats, bees, ducks and chicken; occasionally I keep pigs. The vegetable patches require continual care and, due to the excesses of nature, there is plenty of gardening maintenance to be done. Other jobs around the farm might include keeping pathways open, upgrading workshops, seaweed collection, fencing, wooding, beach clearing and, when the time is right, jam making and preserving.

I donít own a car so transport is limited, fortunately the towns of Schull and Ballydehob are close enough for cycling to.

Chefs/cooks are especially welcome!

Accommodation: 5m bell tent (summer) or room in house.
