Located in the Swan Valley we have a small farm with horses and chooks.

we grow chemical free fruit and vegetables for our own consumption and keep a few bee hives.
We are looking for someone who can build some horse fencing or fix some irrigation pipes.
We are looking for someone with equine experience to help care for our horses.
We offer an easy going family environment for short term exchange. We will provide meals and your own bedroom and bathroom in exchange for 4 hours work/day/person 6 days per week. We also run cattle on the farm.
We consider ourselves to be Intensive farmers plus having the luxury of enjoying Recreational horses.
We pick our Persimmons during the months of May/June and need help with picking and packing.

Looking for helper to play in my gardens and farm :D Help looking after the animals chicken's ,Sheep , Koi and cats and general gardening , planting new fruit trees and organic vegetebles . please if you can use a chainsaw and a drill it would be so helpful.want to try to build a enclosure around my fruit trees for my free ranging chickens .I need second pair of hands here as its so hard to move a table or a wardrobe as I live alone.Beautiful valley views surrounded by rolling hills, fishing for Yabbie's (Yabbies are fresh water lobster) and cat fish & bush walking along the Blackwood River with many Kangaroos hopping out of your way and a large Eagles nest to admire,the Farm was named after the Wedgetailed eagles that retreat to my farm every late afternoon to their nest,lot's of bird life and wildflowers in September.I am open minded down to earth new age , it is a farm out of town but will let you use my car or drop and pick you up from town.

We have a multi use property . We breed Quarter Horses , farm Avocado and also have a small vineyard.
