Hi, my name is Martyna. I'm from Poland originally but have lived in Ireland for over 10 years. I'm a single mom with three kids, aged 13, 5 (with ASD) and 4 years old. Vegetarian, healthy eating family. We have two cats and one dog. I'd like some help with the kids and the household as they are homeshooled. Trips to different parts of Ireland monthly. I look forward to meeting you. - Martyna

Our gardens & organic farm are situated in a beautiful area on the Cavan Meath border overlooking and around Mullagh Lake.
The gardens are extensive, occasionally open to the public and provide flowers, fruit and vegetables all year round. The farm has been farmed to organic standards since 1996 and we we strive to be as sustainable and self sufficient as possible with the environment and wildlife an important consideration. 60 hectares are in grassland and this supports a suckler herd which is predominantly Aberdeen Angus. There are also farmyard animals including horses and many types of poultry. 20 hectares of the farm are in commercial forestry, predominantly broadleaf, and there are paths throughout with a hide by the lake edge for watching wildlife.
We are looking for help for varied projects in the gardens, farm and forestry throughout the year ( and sometimes inside for house maintenance). We prefer our helpers to stay for a minimum of three weeks and to be mature, self s... more inside

This is a rustic and homely family owned and managed castle in rural Co. Kilkenny. This place consists of a working farm and a growing tourism and cultural business that offers events, a venue and accommodation. We require volunteers who are motivated to assist the family in the castle with administration and day-to-day household chores, with the seasonal events, in the gardens and on the farm. We will provide food and board in lieu and welcome you into our family.

We run a successful homestay ... 16 person capacity... In dublin ..

Our family has .. Me Irish (40 ) + Wife (Polish) 38 + 2 kids .. 2.5 + 4 years old + 2 dogs ( jack russells )
we also have a Very nice Tropical patio area with 8 man Hottub / TV /Moodlighting / Music

Close to city center ( 20 mins by bus) ... with supermarket and loads of other shops only 3 mins away ... its got the lot !!

We have had a few Volunteers stay with us already and have had great experiences with them.

Our next plan is having 2 to help with projects around our home ( NOV + DEC ) ....

We feel by having a small team ... its works better for everyone ... they get to become friends.. and share their experiences while helping us and then exploring Ireland on days they are free..

We are flexible with our arrangements .... but generally it would be 1 day helping and the next off... or 2 days here .. then 3 days there.. etc... you get my drift :P

We feel that by putting together a... more inside

Come stay with us, our place overlooks the sea and just outside of Glengarriff village. We need a helping hand in the garden (light or heavy gardening), taking our two dogs for walks/romp around, and occasionally some light cleaning. You can expect approximately 25 hours a week (give or take) and in exchange you will be very well taken care of. We are looking for someone that is willing to stay for a week or two.
