Want to visit Canberra, have a go living in regional Australia and learn about Australian winemaking while enjoy a glass or three? Come and stay.

About me - I'm Bobbie (34) and I run a small winery just outside Canberra in Murrumbateman. I'm friendly and social, and I love travelling and meeting new people. I also have a beautiful wine dog, Mollie.

About you - one or two people, friendly, show initiative and willing to give anything a go. Ideally you like dogs, wine and cooking; and are looking for a home away from home :)

I'm looking for helpers to assist 4-6 hours per day, with two days off each week. You will have your own room (with heater) and bathroom, internet and meals. I prefer if you can stay for two to four weeks.

I'll need helpers all through the year, with the tasks changing depending on the time of year. At the moment I'm looking for helpers to assist to label wine, prepare for cellar door, chop wood, do dishes, house cleaning and play with the dogs.

Helper needed from early November.

I am an aquatic ecologist who has fortunately been working out of our coastal rain-forest property for 26 years. Driven by strong a curiosity, I have recently been developing long-term data sets on the animal life in the forest that surrounds our home, plus on tropical marine fish that are steadily increasing in numbers under the influence of climate change at the nearby very beautiful Seal Rocks area (for details click on `Web2` above).

We have 20 acres with 2 acres cleared and the remainder moist tall forest and rainforest (see a massive tree on our property which is listed on Australia`s Big Trees website: click on `Web3` above). It is on the coast 3 hrs drive north of Sydney (1.5 km from Smiths Lake; 30 km south of Forster). Click on `Photos` above to glimpse the accommodation, typical work and fun. We have a 180 squ m vegetable garden at times needing attention which has been enclosed to keep out our friends the wallabies (pademelon... more inside

We live near the town and beaches of Byron Bay. There is easy beach access and the always buzzing town is within walking distance. We have a beautiful garden where we grow some organic food and have animals.

We are looking for independent, chilled out people to stay with us for short periods of time to begin with and help around the house and looking after our two young kids. Calm, responsible and respectful nannies that have experience with infants would be an ideal match. Also we are looking for precise people to help us with handiwork around the house.

We would be asking for about 4-6 hours of work per day. In exchange you will have your own room in the best location in town and we will provide you with food to cook. We like a good jam and are into art and living a holistic life.

Hello from Lennox Head! Lennox is a beachfront village in Northern NSW 17 km south of Byron Bay.

We are a family of four. Paco is 8 years old and Lucia is 6 years old. Both children attend school for 5 days per week.

We'd like your help with some light daily living chores, (cooking, maintenance, helping to get kids ready for school and prepare for their bed) You would occasionally look after them after hours and get time in lieu or be paid according to local babysitter rates.

We'd love you to tell us about your life and if it is one of the lingos we speak, (French, German or Spanish) to converse with us in your mother tongue (some evenings). In return we can improve your English.
By the way our kids learn Japanese at school.
We have been living and working in English-speaking countries for over 15 years. We have traveled extensively.

We offer a room (with 2 beds) and your own bathroom in our house in wonderful Lennox (between Byron Bay and Ballina). We live within ... more inside

We live in a lovely home. The guest(s) will stay downstairs in a private bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom.

Our family of 5 (me (Cris), Dan and children Leo, Zach and Louis) live mostly upstairs.

Our home is 2 min walk to the bus stop that you can take the express to the city , "Hop Skip and Jump" free bus and bus to Manly. Alternatively you can walk to Manly too (takes 40min, beautiful pathway). We are walking distance to a couple of harbour beaches.

Specifically, we need a GOOD LANDSCAPER to build a retaining wall and level part of our garden. Also to build a small deck/ cubby house for our boys.

Note: Our house has no TV. Free wifi internet is available all over the house incl. in your bedroom.

Very happy to provide more details by email. We believe that 2-3 weeks (5hours/day) will be enough.

Please let us know
Thank you

Small rural farm with some cattle but mainly in development phase with lots of grass cutting whipper snipper and weeding as well as carpentry, landscaping, painting etc within the scenic St. Albans area.
We need assistance with a pizza oven -planning stage however as well as developing a vegetable garden -well advanced minus the vegetables. My partner and I have just moved into our newly owner built house as per photo but leaving a farm house vacant with two seperate bedrooms with all facilities.
We need in addition help with a lot of tasks around painting especially and landscaping and removal of a couple of older style buildings - so some experience with construction is useful. Would like a couple to help us who enjoy a fairly quiet lifestyle but are able to get involved in a variety of tasks around maintenance and gardening/landscaping. Adjacent to the property is the Common a land grant issued by Queen Victoria to sustain local cattle farms during periods of drought etc... more inside
