We are looking right now for a volunteer to join us for October. Would be great to hear from you!
We are a little farm, growing our own veg and herbs and make herbal tea. Also running a small airbnb. We are living very rural in the hills of Donegal, love and play Irish traditional music. Happy to introduce our volunteers to all cultural events in the area (a lot of music festivals, sessions in pubs). We play a lot of house music and can teach you the fiddle or thin whistle and Irish language, which is spoken in our area. Love to exchange meals, learn how to cook food from other countries, learn about other countries. There are many, many beautiful walks right from our doorstep. If you like to be "out of it all" - our place awaits!

Can accept a helper during most of the year. Our farm is located just outside the town of Ballinasloe, County Galway we keep cows, sheep, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats, goats and poultry. We are looking for daily help with the feeding, the general care of animals and some chores in the household.Springtime is when the cows, sheep and horses give birth , so it's a busy time here. If you have experience with horses it is good too, there is always something to do here. In summertime we harvest some turf in the peat bog, help with that is always welcome too. We offer own room and most weekends off. Non smoking helpers only please. We have a 4 year old son a 2 year daughter and a baby who helpers will get to know. Helpers are usually outside for most of the day so if inside is your thing then we probably are not for you. Please only contact if you are serious about coming and staying with us. We can only host one person at the moment. There is WiFI access.

Would you like to come to Kilkenny, Ireland's most historic medieval city.
We need helpers for December and for next year!
We run a hostel where the vibe is friendly and relaxed and you'll be part of a great team. You'll get accommodation in a staff only bedroom, free laundry, WiFi, free tea and coffee and use of the kitchen where you can cook your own food. We ask you to help for around 15 to 20 hours per week.

You'll be doing general duties, cleaning and making beds. There will also be lots of time to hang out with the other helpers, meet the hostel guests and have a great time in Kilkenny. We are also happy to chat about things you're good at too. So if you can play music, or take amazing photos that we can use on our website, or you're great at blogging, or want to organise social activities for our guests then tell us!! Let's chat about what you'd like to do and see if it would be good for us :-)
