Looking for the helper in September-october 2019, don't hesitate to contact me. I am in a permanent building process of my old stone house. So any building skills are very welcome!!)) Masonry, carpentry especially. The house is situated very close to the cost of Atlantic ocean. Big plot of land rounded the house - so garden skills are welcome too. The place is really nice to stay for the nature lovers and surf fans. There are dozen absolutely stunning beaches around here almost empty when the tourist season is over. Really beautiful mountains full of chestnuts and mushrooms in the autumn. Fishing and horse riding are available too (I have a beautiful stallion). And of course the costal views are amazing (authentic paradise for the photo enthusiasts)!!!

We also have a few hens, a couple of dogs, 2 donkeys and a cat. We have a good size poly tunnel where we grow a lot of organic vegetables and fruits. We are looking someone who would like to come and experience a bit of traditional farming in a lovely part of the country. We are part of an Ecotourism group in the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark and have some interesting projects in the pipeline, so we need people with different type of skills. Ben and Larry live the good life - or at least we try to!

Our farm is our home, work and life and every aspect of our numerous activities go towards making a life, not just a living.

Ours is a working farm and we aim to use traditional methods alongside modern techniques. We endeavour to take the best of the past and combine it with the best of the future. Our objective being to create a low environmental impact and respect for our surroundings, we think of it as ‘Heritage In The Making’.

We grow the majority of our own food and try to eat in tune with the seasons with home produced feasts for celebrations but all meals are special for us and provide an opportunity for daily gatherings.

We have two kitchen gardens, a herb garden and a poly-tunnel as well as our new venture of a market garden plot. From this, we can enjoy on our own vegetable produce almost all year round. We forage and gather in the hedge rows and preserve the seasonal abundance for the leaner months ... more inside

I run a small part-time thoroughbred breeding concern in Co. Monaghan. I currently have 3 mares and 1 2year-old.

The day starts off with an early morning feed and some training with the 2 year-old which takes about 45 minutes. The horses are then turned out for the day and the next horse job is a feed in the middle of the day followed by another at 9pm before the horses are turned out again for the night. Ocassionally if a horse is sick or has an injury it may be confined to it's stable so some mucking-out is required. From November to March the horses are stabled at night so mucking-out duties are required during this period.

I also have a few sheep and 2 cats.

If you are willing to help you will need to be very experienced around horses as the horses are racehorses and they can be unpredictable and are very powerful. In return the horses give you lots of pleasure. I also travel the horses to Stud farms and Racecourses during the year so if you're happy to come along you w... more inside

We have a family-run business in the Cisternino countryside, with holiday homes for tourists, riding stables and recreational activities.
Looking for a person who can help in various activities; really interested in the life of the campaign and learning different tasks such as:
carpentry, wrought iron, construction, painting, maintenance of the garden and agriculture, help in the management of the riding school; but also request for help in the relationship and management of tourists who stay with us.
Preferably with experience with horses that must be ridden every day.
Excellent opportunity for those looking for complete experiences in the field of crafts and tourism and in the relationship with nature and animals.
Having 4 children already, we only look for completely independent and flexible people.

We are two families with three children, living on a small farm in South Germany (Dürnau, Baden Württemberg).

Our goal is to get a somewhat (self-) sustainable small farm running here, but we are really at the beginning since we just bought that farm in spring 2018. There are a lot of things we still need to figure out what to do with on that farm. For example we'd like to re-activate some horse machines instead of using that old tractor we bought together with the building. But there is a lot of work to be done till we may think about things like that.

Our life on the Farm is focused on Family, Children and work that can be done together. We spend a lot of time with our kids, doing things with them (we also work with them and they are always welcome to help us to do things), practicing ATTACHMENT PARENTING. What sometimes seems like we're spoiling them by always doing what they want - but there is a lot of theory in the background and we read a lot of books about that parenti... more inside

We are looking for helpers in the house ( Bed and Breakfast, Housekeeping) or for work with horses, cows ( not milking) and in the harvest.

Situated in a small town close to Gifhorn ( near Wolfsburg, VW Production, 2 hours to Berlin, 2 hours to Hamburg).
We are lucky to own a beautiful piece of land. we have a guest farm for riding holidays, as well as a small herd of cattle. We make our own hay for the horses and cattle in the summer months, in winter we have work in the House.

Helpxers would/could help out in the stables with everything from preparing the boxes to grooming and saddling them before the guests riding lessons.
You could also be helping me outside in the fields, repairing fences, counting cattle and just about any of the small chores that come with keeping animals and maintaining land.
If this is not your thing, we could also use a helping hand in the housekeeping for the guests. Things like, changing sheets, hovering, sweeping or sometimes with peperation ... more inside
