Hola! I'm traveling around Asia studying Aikido beginning in Japan and would love to have a partner for a short adventure or to explore deeper. I've worked for NGOs doing environmental justice and affordable housing work for the past 6 years and call New Orleans home.

Next Destination(s):
I'm in Nagano, Japan for the next 6 months. Then who knows :)

Helper Description:
I am traveling to Sri Lanka September 11th- October 10th, maybe longer.

I am a wanderer who resides in the magical swamp of New Orleans in America.
I love to connect with people wherever I am to get a window into their world. My favourite ways to do this creating adventures by talking to/joking with strangers, making new friends, hitch-hiking, and volunteering.

I have worked (fund-raised) on access to healthcare, environmental justice, and affordable housing with various NGOs for the last 5 years. I've also renovated a house, so my skills a varied. Anything from making conversation, to creating money, to social media/internet organizing to basic medical care, to manual labor, I dabble :)

I'm looking for good people to connect with and to help. Traveling is great but I much prefer to do it with a purpose. I have spent the last 8 months in and out of Japan studying Aikido, but I'm open help on any projects that y'all have.
