An adventurous female (2 is OK for short trips) travel companion is invited to contact me to discuss joining my travels around Australia. Hop off (and on) wherever you like. We will travel in my 4WD and caravan with shower, toilet, washing machine etc. My empty seats are a waste while you are looking for a safe way to see Australia, so come along for great trip. Yes, you will be very safe. You need to be adventurous, fit, able to do rough walks, clean (but not worried about getting dirty), enthusiastic, happy and non-smoking. A contribution to costs would be welcome if your budget can handle it in return you get accommodation, transport, free wi-fi and the safety of your own personal Australian bodyguard/tour guide! A bargain! Contact me for more information and some great pics from other guests!
Brisbane / Sunshine Coast - Cairns leaving mid April. Then to Darwin to
care for a friends nature property in July (I have a travel-mate for that
section), then to a remote NT river to fish and relax in August. Then down
the WA coast to Perth September to November.(You can join me for that
I'm a friendly, happy, sober, older Nature loving Aussie Man with a young head and heart. I roam Australia in a 4WD and caravan and often have adventurous overseas people share my experiences, and I invite you to consider joining me while you are in Australia. Those who have done it far exceeded their dreams about visiting Australia. Yes, traveling with a stranger may seem awkward for you at first, but only for the first hour or two. Then I am a reliable and caring friend - a Helpx 'helper/host' on wheels. References are available from previous travel-mates to confirm my good character and calm personality. This is very different to being stuck in a house with hosts with me you do and see things others miss amazing national parks, remote beaches, wildlife, outback etc a chance to get away from the big cities into quiet places where the air is clean, the birds sing and the stars shine bright. You will be safe, protected and respected at all times. All who travel with me stay longer than planned (some for months!) - or wish they could, and finish with thousands of memories, amazing pics and wet eyes. We travel economically, camp $ free where possible, cook great meals (sometimes on a fire), make our own bread, watch birds, walk, swim, photograph, watch the sun go down and relax. I will teach you about Australia (and how to make Anzac biscuits!) - and we will have lots of laughs. Contacting me is not 'yes, I will come'. It is 'yes, I am curious please tell me more.' Then you can chat in detail with me and others. Do it soon! Maybe then you will join me next week, next month or next year.
