1 or 2 female travel companions invited to join me for slow trip from Adelaide (or Melbourne) to Brisbane/Sunshine Coast leaving mid January. We will travel in my 4WD and comfortable caravan with shower, toilet, etc. My empty seats are a waste while you are looking for a safe way to see Australia, so come along for great trip. You need to be adventurous, fit, able to do rough walks, funny, clean (but not worried about getting dirty), enthusiastic, happy, non-smoking and open minded. A contribution to costs would be welcome in return you get accommodation, transport, free wi-fi and your own personal Australian bodyguard/tour guide! A bargain! Tell me your budget and we can work out a deal. Contact me for more information and some great pics!
Adelaide to SE Qld mid January. Then I go to Cairns and Darwin to care for
a friends nature park in July, and to a remote NT river to fish and relax
in August. Then down the WA coast to Perth.
I'm a friendly, kind, happy, older Nature loving Aussie Man with a young head and heart. I roam Australia in a 4WD and caravan and often have overseas people share my adventures, and I invite you to consider joining me while you are in Australia. Those who have done it far exceeded their dreams about experiencing Australia. Yes, traveling with a stranger may seem awkward for you at first, but I am only a stranger for the first hour or two. Then I am a reliable and caring friend - a Helpx host on wheels. References are available from previous travel-mates to confirm my good character and calm personality. Come with me and do and see things others miss amazing national parks, remote beaches, wildlife, outback etc get away from the big cities into quiet places where the air is clean, the birds sing and the stars shine bright. You will be safe, protected and respected at all times. All who travel with me stay longer than planned (some for months!) - or wish they could, and finish with thousands of memories, amazing pics and wet eyes. We travel economically, camp $ free where possible, cook great meals (sometimes on a fire), make our own bread, watch birds, walk, swim, photograph, have a drink at sundown and relax. I will teach you about Australian culture (and how to make Anzac biscuits!) - and we will have lots of laughs. Contacting me is not 'yes, I will come'. It is 'yes, I am curious please tell me more.' Then you can chat in detail with me and others, and I will send you much more information and fantastic pics. Do it soon! Maybe then you will join me next week, next month or next year.
