Hiya! Top of the mornin’ to ya! :)
= I have loads of interests (including improvement of my English), but most of all to mingle with locals, have a lil taste of a small part of their daily life, and feel how's life going on here.
Therefore, I would like to help you and get involved with:
*planting native plants and trees,
*taking care for animals,
*cooking healthy food, making smoothies, yummy salads, making home-made products (eg. jams/sourcraut/..),
*all the activities with the children, reading, playing, writing homework,..
*or any other jobs you would need help with.
I enjoy in everything involved with self-sustainable-sufficient living (and permaculture principles), like generating own food and energy, REusing/ducing/cycling thing. I am getting forward for outside work, eco-projects, various teaching/learning workshops, with passion to learn and gain new knowledge and skills, while living in close connection with nature as much as possible.
💛 I like to help our planet to stay clean as possible, but am not an eco(or any other type of)-nazi. I like balance.
= a little bit about what am I doing on this planet ♥♫◊○
For my joy I am working on picture book for kids, and adults :) . I enjoy laughing, sun, meditation, yoga, scilence and walking. I love my dumpster diving cat, my supersensitive pitbull terrier, music from the 60's, rock n' roll mamasita, glitter clothes and vine.
*Sitting down and shutting up: recipe for calm mind and boost up motivation for further actions. Yup, I do meditate! It cranks my vibe, keeps myself buzzing, and makes me feel I do my cosmic duty.
I am happy to share some tips on how to meditate, show some breathing work techniques, show few yogasana (yoga postures) for specific issues, or share some „secrets“ on how to keep you in your natural state of happiness and joy.
