I am traveling and camping across the western US seeing mountains, deserts, canyons, beaches, and soaking in hot springs and am doing so full time. I am not looking for work, but just looking for a travel companion or two. I expect to be around the Vermillion Cliffs in Arizona around the end of October 2019 and in Death Valley National Park for a week and a half or so including Thanksgiving. I am looking for nice scenery, cool nights and warm days, few to no pesky bugs, and fun! I have been on the road alone for about six years. I am politically to the left and have no belief in the religious, mystical, spiritual, or supernatural.I am open minded about almost everything else. I sleep in a camper of sorts mounted on a 4-wheel drive truck. It can seat six. You can travel with me for days or indefinitely if we get along. I live outside, I sleep in the truck. I have extra gear that I can share. I am open to backpacking and canoe camping. However, I have some health problems that sometimes restrict my hiking much more than I'd like. I have no problem hiking separately. Age, race, and sexual orientation are unimportant to me. I don't smoke and expect you not to smoke around me or to have a pet along. I'm near the Olympic Peninsula and will be heading south soon. I'm open to suggestions as to when and where to visit. I like to travel leisurely. If you're in the US for two or three weeks and want to see it all, spending no more than one night at each destination and spending more time driving than sightseeing, then we're not compatible. I have no web presence to speak of. I'm happy to tell you anything you might want to know about me. However, if you think Facebook or some app as a substitute for email or telephoning is necessary to vet people, then you're out of luck.
