I have just moved out of my house back home in Newcastle after almost 4 years of backpacking and traveling, doing my own thing. most of that time i was up around byron / northern nsw, staying in hostels and I spent a bit of time up in Queensland around Sunshine Coast and Agnes water and the mid north coast, also south coast surfing and working for accommodation when I could. I like being around people and not on my own all the time. I've lived in communities several times and also volunteered. I'm interested in having my own off-grid place some day and would like to learn skills for that sort of thing. I have a bachelor's degree in translation with English as major and French and Spanish as minors, so if you want to improve one of those languages I can help you.... I spent a lot of time abroad (Mauritius, Spain, South America) but feel no need to travel much more, just find a nice place with nice people around.

I do have a spare seat in my coaster bus if anyone is interested. Have room for a swag or tent. Im heading down to Margaret River on Friday 10th July. I have one seat available if anyone wants a lift.

I'm finishing up a full time job in July and looking forward to getting my hands back into the soil. Love the fresh smell of country air, compost and hay. Completed a Permaculture Design Course at "Fair Harvest" Margaret River. Advanced Permaculture Teaching Course at "Candelight Farm" with Dr Ross Mars. These courses have given me the top down and I wish to continue the bottom up from Healthy soils to Urban Food Forrest designs and to teach myself and help others. I am self sufficient with an off grid Coaster Bus for accommodation and flexible with food. I am not the type to sit around. Love walking and taking photos and more than happy to pitch in 3+ hours a day. Im looking to be available after the 8th of July when I finish up work. I would love to learn more about homesteading. Very interested to learn cheese making and fermenting so if anyone needs a hand, please let me know.

Hello everyone! I joined helpx.net only two weeks . I believe that international exchanges are really great, they help people from different cultures to meet and know each other which deffinetely makes world a better place. About myself: 1 am 48, have two big (21and 20years old) kids. I live in Uk I want to travel a lot around Europe, but when you go somewhere as a tourist you have little chance to meet people.
