I would be pleased to hear from other helpers and travelers and am open to travelling and working with anyone for a short time and a longer time if it seems generally agreeable. I am currently planning to travel solo to the UK between AUG and December this year. I hope to find a place that can provide food and accommodation.

Used to travelling solo, would be nice to travel with someone or meet up on the road. Enjoy trips that focus on the natural world, cycling , swimming, hiking. I also enjoy cities in moderation. Reading Mark Carney's book right now. Known as level- headed, practical, and intuitive. Have a past as an activist for environmental causes. Music and animals are wonderful. Non-smoker, no pets, driver's license, but no car. Poor paddler but enjoy small boats.

Hello dear travelers :) My name is Thomas from Germany and at the moment I am right here in my home country. I'm considering to do some very spontaneous traveling over the winter months in Europe. I am especially interested in hiking, exploring beautiful landscapes or visit interesting places. I have already been to the beautiful Oceania region, stayed there for 2 years in total. So I would consider myself as very open-minded and willing to meet new people! So for the next 2 months it would be great to find a like-minded person who also likes to share some travelling together in Europe :) At March I will move to Northern Ireland to Belfast for 6 months, doing my Master Thesis. Although I will be busy during the week with my studies, I would also be quite happy to meet travelers up there to do trips over the weekend. Coucou! je suis actuellement en France et je devrais partir en Australie début septembre (dans quelle région, je ne sais pas encore :D ). J'adore faire de nouvelles rencontres :)

I’m the owner of a 5-room bed and breakfast (all ensuite rooms) which has 2-acres of gardens that constantly need grooming! We also have a two-bed flat 10 miles away which needs plumbing, carpentry/joinery work to finish it.. We have a caravan next to the house with water, electricity and bathroom facilities. We have an extra bathroom with shower inside the BNB as well. Anyone visiting has access to the kitchen, laundry, family room, caravan and of course the garden, deck, and gazebo. There’s two pubs, a small grocery shop, 3 restaurants, a community center, a loch with a fishing pier, and plenty of amazing hikes like the West Highland Way, The Cobbler mountain, and the Tri-Lochs Way plus more.

I hope to meet other helpers to make new friends during my vacations :)

Yes, I am traveling with a female partner from Singapore whom I met here in Cooktown. We arrived on the exact same day, have developed fantastic rapport, and work with great synergy. We are hoping to find a host placement together to complete our remaining 67 days of specified work.

We are interested in any type of hosts but working in a farm would be a plus. We’d like to learn about farm work and Adelaide has a keen interest about working with sheep and goats.

I’m flexible: I enjoy working and living alongside other volunteers, but I’m also comfortable on my own. What matters to me is having friendly exchanges and discovering new perspectives.
