Minimalist, unconventional, and with a positive attitude towards life, I find satisfaction in long adventurous trips and because of this I usually travel by hitchhiking, I like lower mountains and forests, backpacking, hiking, trekking, camping, good movies, documentaries, geography, airplanes and airlines, and from time to time philosophical conversations as well :) When I travel, I prefer more exploring smaller towns and villages than big cities. I took 2 months in the Northland to renovate my van, then worked for 2 other months (chocolate factory and cherry picking). I just finished a one month road trip around the South Island with my girlfriend who came back in France. So now, I am opened to new wwoofing experiences / seasonal jobs to meet new people, locals as well as other helpers. Hey folks! I have just moved out of my house back home in Newcastle after almost 4 years of backpacking and traveling doing my own thing. most of that time i was up around byron / northern nsw, staying in hostels and I spent a bit of time up in Queensland around Sunshine Coast and Agnes water and the mid north coast, also south coast surfing and working for accommodation when I could. Surfing and being around the ocean is what makes me happy but I also enjoy the calmness of being in nature away from the heaviness of the modern world. I am currently back in the byron bay area and I am looking for a helpx or maybe even paid work if possible and some peaceful time spent in nature / the ocean and animals. 😊
