Minimalist, unconventional, and with a positive attitude towards life, I find satisfaction in long adventurous trips and because of this I usually travel by hitchhiking, I like lower mountains and forests, backpacking, hiking, trekking, camping, good movies, documentaries, geography, airplanes and airlines, and from time to time philosophical conversations as well :) When I travel, I prefer more exploring smaller towns and villages than big cities. I am looking for a female travel and volunteering companion to explore different parts of the UK together, especially through HelpX and similar volunteering opportunities. I would like to meet someone kind, calm, open-minded, friendly and emotionally mature. Age and nationality are not very important to me. What matters most is feeling comfortable together, respecting each other's space, being honest, and enjoying a simple and positive way of travelling. I am especially interested in retreat centres, meditation or spiritual communities, countryside projects, farms, eco-projects and other peaceful places. I enjoy nature, meditation, music, walking, meaningful conversations and discovering different ways of life. I am not looking for a party-style travel experience. I would prefer someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle, helping hosts properly, exploring new places together, sharing meals, walking, talking and sometimes simply enjoying silence. It is also important to mention that I am currently improving my English. I can communicate and manage everyday conversations, but my English is not perfect yet. Yes. It will be nice a travel companion. In this moment I have a car, quite big and comfortable. Then the trips are almost half expensive. We can share expenses and we could have more economic volunteering.

Hi :)) I'm very open to making connections and travel with someone. I don't mind doing Australia solo but will happily accept a travel companion if someone really resonates with my profile. I have an extremely rudimentary/budget minivan setup so will be happy to convoy with someone for Aus. Going overseas is another story, would very much prefer to have a companion for that. I am waiting for some friends to save up but it may be a while. I'd love very much to do a large majority of the pacific islands. I've been to about 12 countries and Solomon Islands was my absolute favourite (love to go back sometime, I have connections). I'd also love to do more of South America and Africa, and am open to Asia. Not really interested in Europe, not a lot of cool reptiles/animals there which is a big motivation for me. I prioritise eco/sustainable way of life, and will prefer someone comfortable with looking for the creepy crawlies/scaley friends, as well as any other animal species. As an older companion, I am looking to share my wealth of knowledge and skills. I feel there isn't healthy knowledge transfer at a mentor/padawan level these days and would love the opportunity to share mine. Currently, I am working to become a resource to DIY off grid farmers, communes and communities of open minded humans. Especially those that are looking to be ready for climate change self sufficiency with water, food and power off grid. I'm an very handy person to have around, from running my own business to being in the service industry. Life and world events helped me decide to retire and experience the world. I'm a lifelong independent/democrat and foodie who cooks and bakes well, I can always whip up something tasty. I am looking forward to a sustainable future for myself and the world as a whole.
