I worked in two vineyards for a total of 8 months during my first year in Australia. For 3 months (winter 2024), I was a vine pruner at Leeuwin Estate in WA. Then, from November 2024 to April 2025, I worked as a vineyard hand at Voyager Estate, also in WA. During this time, I also operated tractors during the harvest season. At the same time, I gained experience in hospitality — working as a kitchen hand and delivery driver in a bakery, and as a waiter in a tavern. Before coming to Australia, I completed a Master's degree in Medical Biology in France. Alongside my studies, I also worked in restaurants, a supermarket, and a food processing factory.
