These grass and forest fed animals form a large part of the menu here, so vegetarians probably won`t be happy with the diet. I cater to lots of herbivores and they all have hooves or paws. We are One hour north of Anchorage Private and shared rooms. Bathroom, kitchenette, living space, washer dryer. Spare car to share on weekends. Farming 5 days a week around 5 hrs a day. We grow strawberries zucchini cabbage carrots peppers tomatoes corn cucumbers kale artichokes broccoli cauliflower etc. 5 different Farmers markets for all who want to experience them. We are a small-scale, organic vegetable farm in Palmer, Alaska. We grow an array of beautiful produce which includes carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, zucchini, brussel sprouts, romanesco, broccoli, potatoes, rhubarb, onions, beets, and many more. All of the vegetables we sell at local farmers markets are grown by us and are free of pesticides, GMOs, and chemicals. We not only believe that people should feel connected to their food, but we also feel that it should be delicious, healthy, and accessible. Work on the farm varies by season. In the Spring we spend our time prepping the field, sewing seeds, growing transplants, cultivating those seeds in the field, weeding, and watering. As we move into summer and fall helpers will have the opportunity to harvest and sell the fruits and vegetables that have been growing the past few months at the local farmers’ markets.

We get our living form forestry and packing up limestone.
