Help needed on tranquil finca in Las Alpujarras, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, southerm Spain We are a couple in our 50s who need a bit of extra help with various projects. We live in a spacious off-grid house in a rural area about 5km from the nearest town (Orgiva) and 4km from the small village above (Cáñar). We have spectacular views of the mountains opposite and with only a few other houses nearby, it is pretty quiet here; we are surrounded by olive trees and also have various other fruit trees; we often see eagles and kestrels and at the moment are enjoying the abundant wildflowers and birdsong.
