This is a mountain hut immersed in Italy's largest protected park, at 1300 meters, in a forest on Mount Pollino. Managed by an official guide of the park, we organize excursions, canyoning, hiking, climbing and horseback riding throughout the park. Ipswich is a lovely place in itself and is about an hours drive to Brisbane, about an hour to the Gold Coast, about an hour and a half to the Sunshine Coast or about an hour to the mountains in Toowoomba. We are a busy family with a small lifestyle block just 10 minutes outside Tauranga. We have a menagerie of farm animals and pets plus vegetable gardens and a small fruit salad orchard.
