Hi, I am a 49 year old mum with my daughter (20) at home. We are looking for short term guests (1 week, negotiable after the first week) who require a place to stop over whilst travelling. We have 1 queen size bedroom available and look forward to meeting people from all around the world. Although we don’t have any pets, after the loss of our beautiful Rottweiler, we also do dog sitting occasionally, so must not be allergic to dogs and be ok with all breeds being around when we look after them. Hello, and thank you for looking at our page/profile! We are looking for a helper (1 person) during springtime ( 2026 ) for a 2 week period but that can be further negotiated. Work will be starting in March and into April and May of 26.We would like help inside and outside and with plenty of gardening and watering of the garden. Outdoor work includes keeping the gardens tidy, cutting and trimming of trees and mowing the lawn. Also the helper must be able to lift and haul fireplace wood and (ideally) know the use of a chain saw but not necessary. All of this work we do together. Further work includes simple window washing, exterior window and door painting. I have a small ecotourism guesthouse and traditional harbour dock house property in north Norway. This place is my grandparent heritage and it means alot to me, but it is also alot to take care of alone. I have made it into a nice guesthouse to share it with others, and to be able to maintain the historical buildings. As spring now is starting I am looking for help to prepare for the summer season, especially during March, April and May. Maybe you are already somewhere near and can come in short notice?
