My name is Victor and I have been teaching English to young people from my community for 8 years. I have a small school in downtown Tehuantepec near the market, banks, restaurants, and the tropical forest full of coconuts, bananas, and mangoes. Tehuantepec is located 20 minutes from the ocean beach community, Salina Cruz. I am located only a five minutes taxi ride from the local bus station. I am looking for one person at a time to come and work with my students, which includes conversing with my students and teaching if you are able to. My students need more practice talking to people who speak fluent and clear english. I ask for five or six hours a day working with my students and in return I offer a place for you to sleep and one meal a day and a tour around the city to show you my local culture. You can stay for a minimum one week and a maximum of two weeks, but we can make a deal if it works out and you want to stay longer I have lived here all my life and can introduce you...

My name is Edison I have a wife, her name is Nofi. I also have two children, Ochta (32 years old) and Fadlil (12 years old). Ochta can speak English. I run a private English school for children between the ages of 7 and 19 in the small town of Batusangkar, West Sumatra. My goal as the principal of the school is to provide youth from my region with the English skills required to communicate better in the modern world, and therefore provide them with better opportunities in their lives. I would like to welcome any fluent English speakers under the age of thirty to assist my teachers in the classroom. You would help immensely by having simple conversations with the students and providing them a real English speaking experience inside or outside the classroom. All the students are very welcoming and curious about my visitors, and I am certain that you will have a great experience while interacting with them. You can expect to answer all their questions, pose for pictures, and be invited...

Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

We (Adrian & Jo) have a small family owned vineyard and wine company. We are in the Waihopai Valley, 23km from Blenheim. Our adult daughter (34 years), is currently at home with us, working in the vineyard. So, we only have one bedroom available. We live in a 150 year old school house and have one very friendly dog. At present we require help with general vineyard work like knocking off the low growth on vines and wire lifting. We enjoy meeting young people from other countries and showing them our part of the world. This is a popular tourist destination, which includes the Marlborough Sounds, many good walking tracks and a good place to cycle. We have a range of bicycles available and go to town by car regularly, but it is good to have your own vehicle. Having a campervan is also desirable. Just at the moment it is difficult for us, because Jo has a broken ankle and is not able to work in the vineyard.

A room is available for your homestay. Because of the help I would like to ask, mature ladies who have enough experience/knowledge of handling house holding chores and cooking are welcome. No problem if you cannot cook Japanese dishes. Vegetarian is welcome only from summer to autumn. It's easy to talk about next step of your homestay if how long from when, how you can help, what you want to do during homestay in addition to help works are written in your request. I will reply to only applicants who read my profile and understand/satisfy requirements. I'm a 67 years old male living alone and have a small private organic vegetable garden. I am happy if someone can help me to maintain vegetable garden and household chores including cooking. I also can enjoy helping my guest to learn Japanese language. We can visit at sightseeing places/aesthetic landscape when we have free time. At the same time, I'm interested to hear your stories about helpx and learn foreign languages as well ...

***Sorry - no more visitors for this year until February*** We have an automotive country workshop where we fix and service cars, 4WDs, trailers, tractors and all sorts of machinery. In our spare time we look after our little farm, some sheep, some cattle and rabbits. We also have a forest where we work and tidy up occasionally. So we are always in need of a couple of helpful hands to support us. We love to get to know different cultures and people. We grow our own meat, fruit and vegetables. Gustav also brews his own beer and makes wine and cider and lately also green tea. A mature, non-smoking, self-organized person, preferable not a vegetarian, to give us a hand with house and land, would fit best into our lifestyle. You will have to join into our daily routines: breakfast is at around 7am and then we feed all the animals, especially the hungry dogs and work starts at 8am. We need to get everyone organized before customers arrive in the workshop. We expect about 4 hours wor...

The accomodation is a 8' x 12' studio with a small covered front porch. There's high speed wifi and solar power, and it's surrounded by forest. There's a nice hexagonal composting toilet, an outdoor shower, and a shared kitchen and dining area. Looking for someone who can work independently on some tasks (gardening, painting) while I'm at my day job, and we'll work together some too (tree planting, construction projects). I work as a zipline guide and love touring people around the Island, so I'd be happy to take you on adventures on the weekends too!

We are looking for helpX volunteers for one or more weeks in exchange for accommodation in a spacious room in the main house, 3 delicious meals a day, and, of course, a great time. Alcohol is available at cost. If we click, long-term stays (until late May 2026) are preferred, just like several of our previous helpers who stayed with us for more than five months! Welcome! Our family owned and operated certified organic livestock farm in North Central British Columbia is excited to have you stay and become a part of everything we have going on. We’ve been operating since 2008, primarily raising Berkshire pigs, Dexter cattle, Katahdin sheep, laying hens, broiler chickens and of course bronze breasted turkeys for thanksgiving and Christmas. On top of that, we’re home to two Labrador retrievers (Ned and Nelly), 3 outdoor cats, 2 guard alpacas and a family of Muscovy ducks. In other words, you will never find yourself not in the company of animals! Aside from livestock, we have recently built a small farm store / café that cooks the meat raised on the farm. We also take pride in creating all recipes from scratch, from the sauces to the buns of the burgers. Currently only operating during the summer months, 3 days per week. It’s been a lot of work, but a great way to get more people out to the farm, eating good food and connecting with the community...

Kia Ora. I run an Angora goat farm just outside Oxford in North Canterbury. I have 180 very cute goats which I shear for fibre twice per year. I also run smaller numbers of sheep. I farm in a sustainable way and have been trialling some regenerative agricultural practices. I am a keen outdoors person, love walking and climbing and often take helpers tramping, sightseeing, rock climbing or even rafting! I am looking for helpers from mid January 2026 onwards. Jobs include farm work, gardening, housekeeping, servicing and cleaning my AirBnB and learning about our farming systems. You would have your own room and receive all your food in return for 4-5 hours work per day. Those are the typical Helpx conditions. There are usually other Helpxers at the farm and we work, eat and live as a family, sharing housework and cooking tasks. I look forward to welcoming you to the farm!

Sorry! We do not require any helpers for the next few months. Fancy waking up to a lovely sea view? We live in a beautiful spot, 10 mins drive from Akaroa, close to Duvauchelle and just over an hour from Christchurch. We can offer lovely accommodation separate to our house to one or two people willing to lend a hand with general spring clean/ DIY/ gardening duties. 4 and a half hours (hard) work every day you stay in exchange for accommodation and (good!) food -whether you are a meat eater/vegetarian. We expect a lot but also give a lot. Read our reviews to see how much other helpers enjoyed their stay. If you prefer an accommodation only arrangement this can be arranged for 2.5 hours work (Still hard!) per day. Generally, stays of a few nights or a week are usually more suitable for us than long term helpers although we have had some exceptional helpers who stayed for longer periods and this may be a possibility. We can pick up from the Akaroa Shuttle and sometimes Christchurch bu...

Beautiful 56 acre mountainous property, completely off grid with a small hardwood house /cottage that I have built using milled wood from trees on the property , with lovely views everywhere . Also doing a lot work to improve the land and infrastructure. There are over 4 kilometers of walking trails through gorgeous forest, on this completely vegan property, with mountainous views all over ranging from 150 to 230 meters above sea level. The beautiful forest trails have old growth national park like forest at the very top. Lots of wildlife to see , with all kinds of exotic birds , including families of black cockatoo’s which live here in the pine’s, and beautiful little kingfisher birds, yellow robins, willy wagtails and kookaburras to name a few. We have recently found koalas living on the property in the flooded gum trees, with many wallabies and goanna’s are everywhere in summer ! Lots of lovely contemplative spots to relax , . Large property on Banks Peninsula. Sleep out. Separate shower and toilet. Garden maintenance -4 hours /day for full room and board. Do have WiFi but limited. Am isolated in the country. Local transport to Little River but then I have to pick you up or take you down. I am a single retired Doctor of Chiropractic. Enjoy cooking or learning more about it. Extremely flexible as far as when and what gets done, as long as it does get done. Prefer single man, who enjoys his own company, the countryside and doesn't mind pulling weeds or can use gardening appliances etc. If you have your own transport, then close to city.

We live in a 4 bedroom home on 3000 sq metres with an extensive native garden. Accommodation for the helpers includes a double bedroom, small sitting/ media room and own bathroom. The house is open plan so common areas are shared with us (2 adults). We have a gourmet kitchen, air-conditioning and everything you need. You will need your own car. We need gardening help and general help around the home. We can negotiate work and hours based on needs. Our preference is for helpers to stay for a week, but this is also negotiable.

Diamond J is laid back, off the grid, countryside spot, 2h30 west of Calgary, located in the Rockies, where helpers get involved into a mix of horses, restaurant, and outdoor fun. Help includes feeding and caring for horses, general property jobs, and lending a hand in our on-site restaurant with kitchen help and cooking basic meals and pastries (we love pies!). Help is also needed on the floating trips that we take on our rafting boat on the Red Deer river. In return, you’ll get accommodation, meals, and be part of a friendly, easy-going team and get to ride horses and go on trail rides! Coming the evening, we like to sit around the fire pit to share moments of the day. Our accommodation is a bunkhouse (heated) located above our restaurant with shared bedrooms (boys and girls are in separated spaces). We provide the sheets and bedding. We also have some RVs for couples. WIFI is from Starlink and powered by solar energy so it can be intermittent. The bathroom is shared and has hot wate...

Located 12 minutes the pristine beach’...

We can sign off on the 88 days, All goes toward your visa extension. There is always something happening on the farm not too stressful. Helpers say this to be a good safe place to start your travels!! . Learn the wild life ,weather, slang or just Hit the reset button🤔😂 , Re boot , Recharge, Re focus & Re access. The area is often referred to as, 'The last frontier', due to the extreme weather & wildlife. We had a natural disaster with excessive flooding in December, 4895, disaster recovery program. It is a whole different experience if you are keen to give us a go. Physical fitness helps for bush walks or beach combing , Learning how to swim or swimming training. We need helpers who are willing to give anything a go, outgoing, and willing to experience a very different lifestyle. We especially want you if you have INITIATIVE, can work INDEPENDENTLY and INTUITIVELY. You can learn a lot if you are interested. We are a family with 2 daughters (17 & 18 years old) who grow food organically. WE live off grid in a yurt with out buildings as bedrooms and bathroom. I am a resident of New Zealand, originally from Holland. My husband is Indian and grew up in the UK. Our daughters are both kiwis. We are looking for help with gardening and property maintenance and some building projects. We live 12 min to Takaka town ship and just down the road from Pohara beach.
