We are located in the heart of Berlin, one of Europe's most exciting and diverse cities. With its vibrant cultural scene, world-class museums, historic landmarks, countless cafés, parks, and excellent public transport, Berlin is the perfect place to experience urban life while enjoying a welcoming home environment. I would kindly ask you to help with painting, fencing, gardening, sweeping leaves, cleaning and maintaining the house, as well as feeding and caring for the animals. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your free time. You will have your own private room, and I will provide breakfast and one warm meal each day. If you enjoy cooking in a holistic and nutritious way, you are more than welcome to do so. I am always happy to share my knowledge about healthy food and learn from others as well. I am not just looking for someone to help with daily tasks—I would like to offer a meaningful cultural exchange and create a positive experience together. If you are interested in me...

Works to be done, mainly gardening, some DIY, some sewing, some artistic or creative projects. Will be hosting when temperature is rising again (spring) due to very slow renovation of the part where helpers sleep indoors…. So I hope you like camping! In mid 2014 I bought a terrific place from the family only 10km away from Eindhoven in the midst of a village. This place is gonna be a beautiful place where people can take indoor and outdoor yoga lessons overlooking the fields. There's gonna be a garden for fruits and vegetables and herbs, a small campground for a couple of tents and two bedrooms for people who wanna sleep indoors. But before this is reality, a lot of work needs to be done! Ooh and I got a new plan, a nice wooden house in the midst of the garden... And due to technical problems I switched to another site since 2017… and hosted another 200 work awayhands from all over. But I was curious again to this site now it looks improved. But can’t host this winter due to ren...

Hello! Bonjour ! Buenos Dias! My name is Kareva and we are in Benson, AZ, one mile north of the Amtrak train depot and Interstate 10 and 35 minutes from the Tucson International Airport. The Ranchito is within an hour drive to Kartchner Caverns, Patagonia Lake, Parker Canyon Lake, Colossal Caves, AZ wine country, Bisbee and Tombstone. Tucson is a 40 minute trip to town. Although your own transportation would be an asset to facilitate sightseeing around the area, I can arrange to pick you up in Tucson or from the Amtrak station in Benson. We are an animal sanctuary, and I’d like help taking care of the outdoor animals (donkeys, goats, and mini piggies) - I would also like help cleaning the main house a few times a week. In exchange for your help (Average of 4 hours per day/5 days a week, but on call for urgent help that is more than a one-person job), I can provide accommodations. Please note that the hours will require flexibility, and may not necessarily set in stone like a time...

Namaste! Thank you for stopping by. :-) I hope you will join me on my journey for a month, 2 months, or long-term. I have a pair of picturesque, riverfront hobby farms, each with a large 4-bedroom house. In time, want to transition the farms to more of a communal space. There are three acres of wild blueberries that I am currently converingt to organic production, six acres of pasture, and about eight acres of woods that provide more than enough firewood to heat both homes without having to clear-cut any areas. I have a small herd of alpacas and an even smaller flock of chickens, whom I allow to free range. We harvest a small portion of our food from the property, and my vision is to increase that slowly and steadily every year. For a long-term (and possibly lifetime) stay, I would particularly interested in these 3 individuals: 1. Someone to manage the livestock, including monthly shots for the alpacas 2. Someone to process and market the alpaca fibre 3. Someone to manage the lit...

Lost in the middle of 14 000 ha of forest, we developed and run a small eco campsite with lots of projects for enthusiastic volunteers. Being volunteers ourselves for a few years around the world, we're also happy to host. Christophe is chef cuisine by profession and he also got experience in eco construction (working in this field for a few years). He has two boys (12 and 14 years old) who live part time with us. Liz joined Christophe in 2021. She is a social worker, Chinese energetic therapist and artist. In 2012, Christophe created this friendly eco campsite in a beautiful spot in the Vosges forest. It's created for nature lovers who want to stay in home-made huts or tents. Stunning scenery, friendly and relaxing atmosphere, originality, home-made, permaculture, conviviality are just a few key-words... PARTICULARITY for helpers who want to learn by doing : If you stay minimum one month and have few basic using tools : development of low tech technology project (We choose tog...

My partner and I own a 40 acre lifestyle farm in remote Central Otago about 35 minutes from Alexandra, 1.5h from Queenstown and Wanaka. The little settlement is very beautiful and reflects the history of the area. We have 4 horses, 4 donkeys and a few cows as well as a dog. We can accommodate up to 2 people and are looking for some help with weed control/gardening and a bit of building where required. We’re renovating an old cottage so if you have building or carpentry skills that’s a bonus. Of course there will be some fun and horse riding will be part of the exchange to! We preferred length of stay is a week or more but we’re pretty flexible on this. Cheers Jamie and Thomas

We are in the process of renovating an old house in the Pyrenees. There is only decorating to do such as stripping paint of walls and woodwork, and repainting. There might be the occasional carpentry to do also, nothing too complicated. We need help 5 hours per day, five days per week. Weeding, pruning trees, making paths. We are looking for help from two strong and healthy individuals to assist with a house redecorating project and gardening, trimming trees, path making etc. This requires physical strength and stamina. PLEASE NOTE WELL: we absolutely cannot host anyone with any pre-existing health issues, physical or mental (we are not medically trained to manage such conditions), such as hay fever, any other allergies, sensitivities or intolerances. We live in a small village with some shops and a climbing centre and a river just opposite the house. We have a quite a size garden where we grow vegetables, fruit bushes and trees. We are near the Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island 40mins from Perth city centre. Very close to public transport, cafes and library. Ideal for beach walking, diving, swimming, cycling, fishing, sailing and windsurfing (beach is 60 metres away). Accommodation would take form of a fully insulated cute tiny garden room with access to undercover cooking area and bathroom. IT is small so please See photos. On week days we are usually working in Perth so we cant provide meals, but a well-stocked supermarket is 200 metres away. When possible we can take turns for meals if possible. We average 2/3 hours a day painting, plumbing gardening and other repairs and can negotiate best time to do that, for example maybe it’s more convenient to do two longer days during the week.Greg is usually available to help you with your car or take you fishing, boating or sightseeing if you’re willing to free him up from his other commitments. When you email please let us know when you plan to get to Per...

My husband Matthias and I, Johanna, came from Germany as backpackers in the 1980s. We met here in NZ, but our home language is German. We are a family with eight children, who we home-educated throughout their school years. Three of them are now married, and we have five grandchildren. Five of our now grown-up children are living at home - either still or again - our oldest son with his wife and 4 boys is living in our cottage, and another son with his wife and baby has moved into a smaller house on our property. A friend lives in our housetruck. So life is happening to the full! Sadly, my husband passed away in January 2024 after a short time of intense illness. We miss him much! Our lifestyle block is home to a gaggle of geese, a flock of domestic ducks, around 40 chickens, some sheep and sometimes a few young male goats, - and of course many wild birds, rabbits and the tiny creatures of fields, woods and duck-pond. An old apple, apricot and peach orchard and a young walnut grove ar...

This is for those of you who plan ahead. We are full until mid August, in the middle of our best fishing season, wind permitting. Its also during what is normally our best weather. At least some of the time we should be cutting great timber from unwanted trees using a 26 inch/56cm bandsaw. So anyone who loves fishing, snorkelling on inshore reefs and is good at DIY or carpentry and loves the simple, quiet, rural life by the beach, next to the rainforest, this is for you 🤗. We appreciate help with DIY construction, repairs and maintenance, timber work, boat work, metal work repairs to trailers and for help with gardening, housekeeing, cooking, duck and chicken rearing and dog walking on the beach. Fishing, snorkelling, and rainforest walks can help occupy your spare time. We are looking for reasonably good DIY handymen and women, capable of working effectively, when necessary, on your own or as a pair and, ideally, someone who also has some gardening experience, but that is not r...

Join Our Home in Walnut Creek: A Unique Opportunity for Connection and Support Hello! My name is Bruce, and I’m looking for a reliable, friendly person to assist me with everyday life while also forming a meaningful connection. About Me and Our Home I broke my neck at 18, resulting in lifelong use of a wheelchair. Despite this, I pursued multiple degrees and have built a fulfilling life with my wife, Kim. We live in a cozy three-bedroom home in Walnut Creek, just 28 miles east of San Francisco. Our household includes our service dog, Bennett, a future service dog in training (Dorothy, our third), and two cats, Edna and Scarlett. Your Role & Contribution While Kim is my full-time caregiver, I need help with tasks that offset my paralysis, including: - Household Tasks – Light cleaning, keeping the kitchen tidy, and helping with laundry. - Personal Assistance – Bringing me food, water, and other necessities I can’t manage on my own. - Driving & Companionship – Taking...

My farm boarders the Paparoa National Park and only a few minutes walk to fantastic beaches. The spectacular Nile valley caves are only 5 minutes away. I prefer one person at a time, although will consider two and at least 1 weeks stay. I would like to have plenty of notice before you arrive. You must be Gay friendly.

PLEASE READ MY WHOLE HOST PROFILE BEFORE YOU APPLY TO VISIT MY PLACE AND ASK ABOUT ANYTHING YOUR NOT CLEAR ON. Need help with a garden clean up, at the moment. You don't need to have an overwhelming desire to save the world, live off the land, or be more useful than a Swiss army knife, to stay here. A nice honest person is good enough. This is a relaxing place, close to nature, away from the backpacker trail on the coast but still got a bit happening, somewhere to recharge your batteries, do a bit of work, have a laugh and meet some real Aussies, maybe get out of your comfort zone a bit😜 My place is a cattle farm with one rough headed(inside and out 🤣,) skinny, old farmer, one dog, some cattle, lots of birds and wildlife, relaxing place, near Kyogle, a quiet country town. It is 1.5 hours drive west from Byron Bay, 2 hours south of Brisbane by train. Very close to the beautiful Border Ranges National Park (bike ride away). I like to show people around. There is a mountain on my ...

We are ceramic artists who live on our 1 hectare property about 20km inland from the beautiful Doubtless Bay area. We run our pottery business from home and look after our organic gardens, small orchard and numerous chickens. We have traveled widely ourselves and hosted travelers for over 10 years with another organisation, so are interested in HelpX for both the cultural exchanges and to be able to share our lifestyle with others while getting some help around the property. We are looking for enthusiastic helpers for help with things around the property such as gardening, wood collecting, cleaning, painting, general maintenance and other tasks depending on the season. In exchange for 4 hours work a day, 5 days a week we will provide you with all meals, but ask that you join in with the preparation, and accommodation in the funky little cabin with it's own veranda.  We will be happy to include you in our lifestyle, maybe you'll be there to go Friday night fishing on our yac...

Hi travelers! We are looking for a non-smoking, motivated, and energetic helper. We mainly need help with tidying up our garden, general outdoor work, and painting, depending on your stay and skills. We are a Japanese and German couple with a 10-year-old Kiwi boy who speaks Japanese, German, and English, living in beautiful, sunny Nelson! Our Mediterranean-style house offers spectacular, panoramic views across Tasman Bay to the mountains. It’s a safe, sunny location, just an easy 15-minute walk to both the beach and town. We ask you 4 hours of help each day, we offer a large guest room with a double bed, unlimited fiber WiFi, and 3 meals a day (self-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We’ve lived in Nelson for over 20 years and work as NZ tour guides, so you can ask us anything about New Zealand! :))) We love traveling and meeting people from around the world, which is also a great experience for our son. We look forward to hearing from you.

2 Small farms turned into the one near the West Coast of Clare. We keep lots of farm animals like cattle, horses, donkeys and sheep. We produce a wide range of vegetables for ourselves and some for selling. We have two children, went to primary Steiner/ Waldorf school; Frank (25) and Fina(21) and they love having volunteers around the place. Fina is doing equine studies and Frank studies horticulture and loves travelling. We hope you have the ability to adapt to our for most of you different and simple life-style and enjoy farmwork with irregular hours at times, and you will get a true sense of farming life-style! It is important to realise beforehand that you are a volunteer who gets the opportunity to join into our family home/life so please do not compare with a regular paid job.. Most important is that you are happy and enjoy your stay with us... We are a fit and active couple in our 70s who have recently bought a home (2021) right by the water on Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, 30km from Brisbane. It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. There are also several other islands nearby that can be explored including North Stradbroke Island that has wonderful beaches and walks and lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, turtles and dolphin and - from June to October - humpback whales. Over the next two years we will renovate and paint the home, install new kitchen and two bathrooms. Graham has some woodworking skill but needs help during that time with various tasks and we are willing to give you a comfortable bed, good food and company and access to bathroom and washing machine in exchange for 4 hours help per day, 5 days per week. Hei ! Here is Ingunn and Mathieu. We are a Norwegian-French couple and since mai 2021 a happy family of three. Our family house "Karnes Gaard" is a farm since the 16th century. In 1912, Ingunn's grand father gave part of the land for the Tromsø county to build "Solhov", prestigious boarding school and largest wooden building north of Trondheim. When Ingunn took over the farm in 2009, running it organically felt something obvious. And when Solhov was for sale the next year, a dream became possible : sharing our love for the Lyngen Alps by hosting guests who seek breathtaking surroundings, healthy stay and organic local food, peaceful lifestyle and carbon-free activities. Our dream is to serve as much as possible our organic and local products to these guests. Originally we grow potatoes and strawberries. We are trying several small scale production to see what is possible to grow here up north. At the moment, we are focusing in : - increasing our honeybees park, hives and flowers -...

Here, we have spectacular mountain views on our do...

We offer healthy food, wonderful sunsets and rainbows, some Irish traditional music, and the possibility to learn more about old style f...

Our preference is for a single person or couple who have some skil...
