Last news: People with camper or similar are very welcome in this moment for organize togheter the activity of next Spring! This is a centuries-old organic farm in the inland hills of the middle Molise, along the banks of the Biferno River, halfway from the Adriatic Sea and the Matese mountains, where we often go hiking. The bio region is made up of arable and arboreal pastures alternating with oak, hornbeam and ash woods, mainly. The integrated agroforestry system allows us to cultivate dozens of species of crops from herbaceous to arboreal, facilitated by a high biodiversity area, one of the highest in Europe. The potential volunteer aspirant can have a varied experience, from taking care of the garden to helping to build small green building structures, from working in the gardens to beekeeping, from attending to the management of no-till crops to the maintenance of forests, from turning fruit and vegetables in dehydrated or jam to planting arboreal plants. There are lodgings in sel...

Beautiful 56 acre mountainous property, completely off grid with a small hardwood house /cottage that I have built using milled wood from trees on the property , with lovely views everywhere . Also doing a lot work to improve the land and infrastructure. There are over 4 kilometers of walking trails through gorgeous forest, on this completely vegan property, with mountainous views all over ranging from 150 to 230 meters above sea level. The beautiful forest trails have old growth national park like forest at the very top. Lots of wildlife to see , with all kinds of exotic birds , including families of black cockatoo’s which live here in the pine’s, and beautiful little kingfisher birds, yellow robins, willy wagtails and kookaburras to name a few. We have recently found koalas living on the property in the flooded gum trees, with many wallabies and goanna’s are everywhere in summer ! Lots of lovely contemplative spots to relax , . Located 12 minutes the pristine beach’...

Two hours work each day per person (No work on Sundays). You can do extra hours one day to take a day off the following day if you like. You can hang out with me later if you want to learn more about everyday Australian language and culture or you can just go and do your own activities. Room and simple breakfast of toast, tea or coffee, I can show you where to find free bread and there is generally some rice or pasta you can use, occasionally some fruit and vegetables, or other food included but not guaranteed. Please note, there is no internet on at the house, I prefer to communicate with people face to face. I only have internet on my phone. There is a community centre just down the road where you can access the internet on week days. There's also a club in town that has free internet and is open until 4am 7 days a week. The only room currently available is the smaller double room upstairs. I currently have a lady with 2 children in the other 2 rooms downstairs. Ipswich is a love...

Our wonderful helpers from France have finally moved on - long after they originally intended as they loved it here, so we are now seeking some new helpers. ENJOY THE FREEDOM & BEAUTY OF SOUTH GIPPSLAND. Property is a botanic garden of Australian native plants, many rare or endangered, plus an acre of plants for cut flowers, mainly proteas, banksias and tea trees. Lots of wildlife. We need help with weeding, mowing, mulching, planting and general clean up as the property is too big for the two of us to maintain. Accommodation is very comfortable, private, with fully set up kitchen in a studio style cottage with a queen size bed and smart TV. Recently installed a new electric oven with airfry function. Has split system heating and cooling. It is separate from the main house. It was a very popular AirBnB destination but we have decided not to do it anymore as it is too much extra work. The property is rural; half way between Wonthaggi and Inverloch so having a car is convenient but there...

We are in the process of renovating an old house in the Pyrenees. There is only decorating to do such as stripping paint of walls and woodwork, and repainting. Hello, we are Cat and Silvan, who is 6 years old. We live on an organic permaculture farm in the Pyrenees in the south of France. The property is situated in a small hamlet of 8 houses bordering a wild forest including chestnut, ash, oak, acacia and cherry. We grow much of our own fruit and vegetables and collect hazelnuts, walnuts, mushrooms and wild herbs from the forest. I cut my own wood and much of the wood used in the construction has been harvested from the land. We have 5 goats and friends graze their horses during the summer months. I enjoy eating fresh food from the garden and like to be creative with dishes with what can be sourced locally rather than necessarily going to a big supermarket. We buy locally and organic where possible to supplement what we have in the garden. When there are more of us here we often do a rotation of cooking, which is great as we get to taste each others variations and be inspired. If you are not confident in cooking don't worry, it is a gre...

My husband Matthias and I, Johanna, came from Germany as backpackers in the 1980s. We met here in NZ, but our home language is German. We are a family with eight children, who we home-educated throughout their school years. Three of them are now married, and we have five grandchildren. Five of our now grown-up children are living at home - either still or again - our oldest son with his wife and 4 boys is living in our cottage, and another son with his wife and baby has moved into a smaller house on our property. A friend lives in our housetruck. So life is happening to the full! Sadly, my husband passed away in January 2024 after a short time of intense illness. We miss him much! Our lifestyle block is home to a gaggle of geese, a flock of domestic ducks, around 40 chickens, some sheep and sometimes a few young male goats, - and of course many wild birds, rabbits and the tiny creatures of fields, woods and duck-pond. An old apple, apricot and peach orchard and a young walnut grove ar...

Transforming a summer house into a place for living organically. Now the winter of our discontent is ending, transformed into a glorious spring by this Galician sun; and ....sometimes, the clouds that darkened our home disappear into the deep heart of the flat lands.... So it's time to get to work in the garden and lay cement in some places. Some tasks (not all) can be somewhat boring such as cutting and stacking firewood, removing, digging, collecting vegetable remains,... I appreciate the dexterity in physical and manual works and you need to be fit and able to use your strength efficiently. Hi, I'm looking for creative minds efficient bodies who would like to get involved on an sustainable country house project, with some animals and plenty of work to do. There's a protected little forest surrounding the house with small wild animals, and 6 domestic geese, chickens, dogs and two cats. I need help with many things; work on the greenhouse which I have designed by myself, plant...

I’ve been working in trekking and guiding for many years, and now I invite you to be part of our simple, peaceful life in the countryside of Nepal. As a volunteer, you’ll stay in my family home with me, my wife, our young son, and my parents. You’ll become part of our daily life—helping with small tasks like gardening, cooking, taking care of animals, or even teaching basic English to my little boy. No special skills are needed, just a good heart and willingness to connect. In addition to the homestay experience, I also love to take guests on short treks and nature walks in the beautiful hills and forests near our village. I’ll guide you to hidden spots that only locals know, and share stories about the land and culture along the way. This is a chance to truly experience Nepali life from the inside—sharing meals, traditions, laughter, and local knowled...

We have a vineyard, olive trees and vacation houses near Tropea in Calabria. We need a couple to help us for some week from september to june for vintage, olive harvest, gardening, general maintenance and internet announcements. In autumn, winter and spring we have a lot to do in the vineyard, with the olive trees, the house and garden. Accommodation in a full equipped chalet offered. It is better to COME WITH CAR or rent it here. We expect you to work 2 and half hours a day (16-20) hours a week. You should buy and cook your food. We are used to give local products and teach you how to prepare traditional dishes. We appreciate if you work more hours on weekends because we are at home. You have a free day in the week. If we have time, we can show you around our region and our white sandy beaches. We would be glad to welcome people from all over the world to our home. We prefer couples. Feel free to write us an Email! It's possible to contact us early, that's not a problem!

Hi everyone. My name's Claud I'm a beekeeper and a horse trainer I live on a small island south of Greece called Kythira. The island is full of beautiful beaches and green small forests. I owe nearly 100 beehives and I need help maintaining the equipment and taking care of them. I also help a friend ride and train and take care of his horses. I'm constantly busy and almost always not at home. Ideally I would need help for a few hours a day. I have a car we can share if you have a driving licence. So you can explore around. Or I can be your guide in my free time.

We are four friends from Germany, Canada, and Taiwan who bought a traditional house on Amami, a beautiful and remote island in Japan. We are looking for motivated travelers to help us with renovation and outdoor projects such as painting, restoring wooden floors, gardening, light tree cutting, and general maintenance, while also sharing a good time together. Whether you have experience or simply want to learn, any help is welcome. In return, we offer a unique multicultural experience with shared living, skill exchange, and connections to the local Japanese community through social gatherings like barbecues. Our house is located in a quiet village near one of Japan’s largest mangrove forests, with beaches, waterfalls, hiking spots, and surf nearby. Accommodation is in a characterful, temple-like Japanese house from the 1980s, partly renovated with cozy chill areas, a home cinema, and an outdoor sauna. We also have Starlink internet (with varying speed), space for camper vans, and even a...

We are both retired and live in a converted barn in about two acres of land. The nearest town is Villefranche de Rouergue which is ten kilometres away. We have lived in France long enough to appreciate what we call proper food so. we strive to vary the diet so that no main meal is repeated for at least 14 days (unless specially requested) It may be French, it may be British, or it may be a mixture of French and British and on occasions you will taste the local delicacies We are very flexible about working hours all we ask is that in return for five hours work per day, five days a week, at a time to suit yourself, we will provide you with good healthy tasty food and a private comfortable room which has TV and en-suite facilities, If you are a couple who wish complete privacy, we could provide you with a separate self-contained apartment. Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

About the host. I love welcoming the world to my home by having friends from all over come and stay. I am also an Airbnb host, which I enjoy for the same reason. Sharing interests, experiences and perspectives enriches. And seeing others enjoy our places and the area has made me appreciate it even more. Now, as the children are moving out one after the other, I like to combine this with some help getting the house in town ready for sale. Nature, animals, and gardening are sources of joy, along with yoga, dancing, skiing and year-round outdoor swimming. I have my roots in a beautiful little village in the area. Our summer home there needs a bit of loving care and can also serve as a nice getaway for relaxing days off. I am also part of a network called "Women Welcome Skellefteå," where women from all over the world are welcome to pop in for lunches, yoga, dancing, language cafés and more. This is a centuries-old organic farm in the inland hills of the middle Molise, along the banks of the Biferno River, halfway from the Adriatic Sea and the Matese mountains, where we often go hiking. We are in the process of renovating an old house in the Pyrenees. There is only decorating to do such as stripping paint of walls and woodwork, and repainting. There might be the occasional carpentry to do also, nothing too complicated. We need help 5 hours per day, five days per week. Weeding, pruning trees, making paths. We are looking for help from two strong and healthy individuals to assist with a house redecorating project and gardening, trimming trees, path making etc. This requires physical strength and stamina.
