We have an automotive country workshop where we fix and service cars, 4WDs, trailers, tractors and all sorts of machinery. In our spare time we look after our little farm, some sheep, some cattle and rabbits. We also have a forest where we work and tidy up occasionally. We have a vineyard, olive trees and vacation houses near Tropea in Calabria. We need a couple to help us for some week from september to june for vintage, olive harvest, gardening, general maintenance and internet announcements. In autumn, winter and spring we have a lot to do in the vineyard, with the olive trees, the house and garden. Accommodation in a full equipped chalet offered. It is better to COME WITH CAR or rent it here. We expect you to work 2 and half hours a day (16-20) hours a week. You should buy and cook your food. We are used to give local products and teach you how to prepare traditional dishes. We appreciate if you work more hours on weekends because we are at home. You have a free day in the week. We have been living on our property in the heart of Gascony for two years. Our family also includes 3 dogs and 6 chickens that we rescued. We are looking for a single person or couple who enjoys helping out, whether in the garden or with renovations (painting walls, laying parquet flooring, tidying up, etc.). We need help 3 hours per day. My husband and I are vegan/vegetarian. We provide the renovated holiday home. The property also features a pond and a natural swimming pool.
