Our woodland croft is situated on the Isle of Mull. We are off grid and are in the early stages of developing our croft. We have three focuses: creating and maintaining the woodland, willow basketry and a market garden. We are currently developing the market garden to start producing in June 2026. Vegan / Vegetarian Off-sider Wanted – Coffs Harbour → Far North Queensland I’m looking for a vegan or vegetarian off-sider to help organise, pack, and clean a house in Coffs Harbour over the next few weeks. After that, we’ll drive to Cairns together. It will be a fairly direct trip (about 3–4 days) as I’ll be towing a trailer, so there won’t be much sightseeing on the way, but we can still stop at a few nice places to stay along the route. Once we reach Cairns, I’ll unload the trailer and have more time available. After that, there will be opportunities to explore parts of Far North Queensland, including the Tablelands and other great spots that many travellers enjoy seeing. Food and accommodation provided. Mainly looking for someone practical, tidy, and easygoing who’s happy to help get things organised. Send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself.

We are Axel and Mônica (both 51). We are living in Portugal and our house with 3000 squaremeters of land is in a small village in the countryside of the beautiful Algarve. We can offer accommodation (bedroom - as you can see on the picture - and separate bathroom for you) and meals of course. Behind the village the mountains start, so here is a lot of nature,the beaches are 30km away. The next town (Messines) is 4km away, the next village about 1km. We need helpers in April/May 2026 for more or less three weeks for some work in our garden.. We prefer a couple or two friends, but if you are a single helper, you can contact us as well. Helpers are very welcome to our house!

Hi, my name is Marianne. I live on a classic New Zealand "tree quarter acre section" on a north facing (all day sun) hobbit hill, looking down to Oamaru. If you arrive early enough at my kitchen window or even up on the jungle hill behind the cottage, you can see the sea and watch the sunrise. A 10 minute stroll down Eden Street gets you either to the CBD or to the shoreline. I am providing three basic meals per day as well as a comfortable and quiet room for your stay and to relax after our daily four hours of working together "out there", somewhere on some befitting project. Currently the main focus is on landscaping, forging a pathway up the hill via carving out soil on one side and adding to the other side, creating little embankment walls in the process. Most of these embankments will be made from recycled Oamaru natural stone, a few with recycled glass bottles. Our white Oamaru sandstone has attracted various sculptors to our town, because it is soft enough to be cut and carved...

We are a Portuguese couple with experience on permaculture and self-sufficient-living that in 2015 got 15ha of abundant land in a beautiful valley and an amazing community at the highest mountains inside the biggest natural park of our country. Walking in the nature, singing with friends and doing yoga are some of the other things she enjoys. Gonçalo is a nature lover with a passion for Permaculture and Natural Farming. Studied Organic Agronomy and has been practicing it since 2008, with the help of volunteers, interns and apprentices. He enjoys sharing and to make music with friends. We are a family of 4 looking for someone to come and help around the place and be part of the family. We live in rural Waikato (1hour away from any town) so your own transport is highly recommended as we do not have any transport for you to use while you stay nor is there any public transport out our way.
