I have just bought a 150 year old French Manor House(20+ rooms) and two giant barns, which I am converting into an independent film studio, as well as a recording studio and artists studios. I plan to run Kino Kabaret filmmaking events here as well as writer retreats and film industry masterclasses. I also plan to hold outdoor theatre in the summer. Our property is located on the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park. We are about 2km from the township of Wentworth Falls, 4km from Leura and 6km from Katoomba, so best suited to those who have their own transport. We run a well-known organic market garden in the Alpes Maritime, right on the Riviera coast and the Italian border. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and popular with tourists. Our garden is on mountain terraces above the town, but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 to the old town. Access is easy by train or bus from Nice or Italy.
