Hi team. Currently I'm looking for two friends that are happy to stay the month of February. The first week we would show you the place and care of the horses as a full helpx and the second and third week we will be away. The work will be reduced for these two weeks to two hours maximum a day but you provide your own food. You get to have your very own private base close to Christchurch yet in the middle of a nature reserve, with beach , lagoon and forest at your doorstep. Best of both worlds. The last week we would be doing full helpx again. We like the ideal candidates to have horse experience and be given or take 25 or over. Looking forward to hearing from you. Below the normal helpx profile we have up. Please note that above is what we currently looking for. Cheers Mariska Welcome to Christchurch, our family and our horse farm. Existing out of a authentic Kiwi and Dutch culture with one teenagers, a cat and bunch of horses. We can offer free accommodation and meals fo...

Autonomy for everyone, especially for you and us at mealtime ... Resources are shared according to the availability of the moment. More possibilities if my children are not there, less if I have other guests ... fortuitous ... In the meantime we have no shortage of space in the garden to let you plant your tent or you lend a space... This is the minimum we can guarantee. A cabin is also available on the family sailboat ... Here too, there is work ... The room with double bed of the house is not often free for our helper sometimes the chance does things well, ask what you want, we are in French Polynesia climate is stable all year ;-) We will not ask for more than 2 or 3 hours of help a day in exchange we plan to lodge without food, although fruits from the garden are still part of the tradition of sharing the house... It's up to you to do your shopping and your dish washing and cleaning up after, the load will be in our situation not equitable otherwise.

OUR Ecovillage (1999) is looking towards a creative and fun season of committed volunteers who wish to work within a collective project opportunity. We are working on the next 25yr Vision and with this are building a very large public art installation project (earthen/cob Dragon sculpture with lots of mosaic work!). OUR 'regenerative living learning journey' forms the platform for the efforts we put towards making a difference in the world. We work within intercultural/intergenerational/interfaith/inter-nation restorative justice framework on our farm and work with research teams on soil/wastewater/energy systems design/etc, and permaculture education projects with learners from local to global! This means we are working with: the gardens, livestock/poultry, food forests, natural building (earthen, strawbale, plaster projects, finishing work, carpentry, etc), food preservation, yummy kitchen crafting for shared meals, mosaic and mural artwork, supporting Eco-tourism & farm guests ...

Hi. We are a fun, friendly household in the sunny Bay of Plenty! I'm a Drama & English teacher and Blair is an electrician. My husband and I have 2 fun, adventurous girls, we also have a puppy and cat. We enjoy biking, baking, board games and picnics at the beach, amongst other things. We would love to host people who are honest, friendly, independent, hard-workers and are interested in meeting new people and enjoying what Tauranga has to offer. In exchange for 4 hours work per day, you will receive free accommodation, meals (please provide your own snacks) and wifi. Work includes domestic-type chores; mainly cleaning, cooking and possibly baby-sitting - helps if you like children and animals. We have a cat and golden retriever. It is definitely easier if you have a car, although buses are available from here. We had a homestay from China for a year who found his way round on the buses fine but it does take a while. Happy for any amount of time e.g. 1 or 2 weeks or months stay but ...

We live in a small historic village north of Auckland called Puhoi in a charming old farmhouse with a large flower garden. Our property is surrounded by native bush, loads of native birds and we also have several native eels in the river at the back of the property that come to see us when we walk down to visit them. Walking distance from our home is the Puhoi Pub, a general store and a local kayaking hire business. The village is also on the the Te Araroa walkway, we are also just a short drive to many beautiful parks and beaches. Looking for a couple or two friends to stay for 5 days with the opportunity to stay longer if things work out well. Kia Ora. I run an Angora goat farm just outside Oxford in North Canterbury. I have 180 very cute goats which I shear for fibre twice per year. I also run smaller numbers of sheep. I farm in a sustainable way and have been trialling some regenerative agricultural practices. I am a keen outdoors person, love walking and climbing and often take helpers tramping, sightseeing, rock climbing or even rafting! I am looking for helpers from mid January 2026 onwards. Jobs include farm work, gardening, housekeeping, servicing and cleaning my AirBnB and learning about our farming systems. You would have your own room and receive all your food in return for 4-5 hours work per day. Those are the typical Helpx conditions. There are usually other Helpxers at the farm and we work, eat and live as a family, sharing housework and cooking tasks. I look forward to welcoming you to the farm!

I am looking for someone, can be a couple or 2 people for 2-3 days on the 18 January. Sorry but I don't need any other dates at the moment and won't respond to requests for other dates at this time but will update this listing if that changes. We offer accommodation in exchange for 3 hours of work per person per day. We don't provide meals but you can use our kitchen. Work includes cleaning, gardening, light maintenance, and any other jobs we agree upon. You must be willing to work outside in most weather. Your accommodation is your own room with 2 single beds and there is a sitting area outside of the room. There is a bathroom on the same floor but you do have to use the shower in the hosts ensuite bathroom. It is helpful to have a car as we are not within walking distance to the supermarket but I have had a lot of HelpX without a car. They either take the bus (we are an 8 minute walk from the Amisfield stop), hitch-hike or catch a ride with me when I am going to the store...

We are a mature aged couple working from home and are looking to find an enthusiastic couple, or single person, who can help with general garden maintenance , eg weeding, spraying blackberries and wood splitting etc. In return, we are offering a private room and own bathroom ( see in photos below) in our lovely home. Accomodation and all meals are provided. ( free wi-fi is also available). We are in a quiet and secluded bush setting, and often have kangaroos and wallabies feeding on our property, but still only 3km from the main highway and station. (Melb CBD is 1 hour via train.) It is essential that you are a dog lover! (We have 2) Our 2 Whippets are quite old now, but very friendly and lazy! This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone requiring 2 weeks of accommodation, possibly longer, to share our easy going family life style. Hello travellers! My daughter (19) and I both enjoy getting to know people from different countries. We like to get out and about spending time at the beach, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming or walking in the bush. So I am happy to show you some of what we have to offer in Tassie. In summer I am on holidays as I work as a teacher, and I do more outdoor activities. During term time we are not home much during work hours, so we seek people who are happy in their own company for part of the day. When we get home we usually head out for a walk on the beach with the dogs. On the weekends we like to spend time outdoors. I would like help with cooking, cleaning, gardening and dog walking, I also have a few repair jobs I would like help with and I would like to build a small shed, but I would only ask you to do this if you knew how. In the garden I am trying to increase the organic content in my soil and improve my composting of all organic waste on site. When I free up some time I hope to ...

Hi, my husband and I live in a beautiful area on a lifestyle farm with our four young kids. We are working on setting up a sustainable lifestyle and there's always something to do! We have beef cows, a milk cow, sheep, goats, chickens, a couple dogs and a producing greenhouse. Would love some help with homesteading, ongoing projects, property maintenance, gardening, and help around the house. If you like your exercise there's a walking track to the top of our property with stunning views at the top. Swimming hole at a beautiful river 5 minutes down the road. Accommodation provided in our family home. You will have your own upstairs sleeping area and a separate toilet. Three healthy meals provided for 4 hours work. We look forward to meeting you!

Come experience the stunning views of Te Mata overlooking Whangarei Harbour and Bream Bay. We are looking for helpX volunteers for one or more weeks in exchange for accommodation in a spacious room in the main house, 3 delicious meals a day, and, of course, a great time. Alcohol is available at cost. If we click, long-term stays (until late May 2026) are preferred, just like several of our previous helpers who stayed with us for more than five months! The vacancy is available now. Our 12-hectare lifestyle block is located 20 minutes/km south of Whangarei (15 minutes by car to Bream Bay sandy beaches). It's an oasis of 50% native bush, rest paddocks and subtropical orchards: 60% bananas and a canopy of schizolobium, cherimoyas, papayas, mango, feijoa, and temperate fruits. Not to forget the SACRED GROVE where many events like parties, weddings (Ceremony and Reception) took place. If you're arriving by public transport, we can arrange a pickup in Whangarei. However, having your own car...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to routburn and greenstone tracks.you will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. ,a bit isolated, not for the precious,no trophy hunters !! .please don`t apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only.we do not get involved with internships or visa applications.vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers ! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar ( badly ) and sing ( worse ) ,but it's all about smile not style :-) Cheers Al

Hello, I have moved to the Sunshine Coast in Forest Glen. I need someone preferably for just one week as I'm living in a closed community. No food, just accommodation in a 2 bed house. EN ESPAÑOL..MAS ABAJO!!! Important * this is a place to learn about goats, not to make holidays. ** The minimum stay are 4 weeks. The reason is that takes a lot of work and time to explain the day-to-day processes to you, and for you to adapt to the daily routine. Normaly the 2 last weeks is the time when you beggin to understand and fully enjoy the farming action. Those persons who want to stay for more than a month to gain more knowledge and experience on the farm are the true profiles i am looking for. Visitors are wellcomed as long as they are independent, I can offer a room, but need a contribute in food. Good morning, my name is Juan (1975). I am a Sheperd who studied Forestry Technician and Philosophy. I have extensive experience in many types of jobs, as constructer, cook, electrician, plumber... I've been working all my life with gardens, orchards, phytotherapy, medicinal plants, bioconstruction This project beggan in March of 2012 when I found a piece of land to plant m...

We live in a fun share house in Maryborough, Marry Poppins Town, with awesome meals and a big edible garden. We're Mars, the owner of the property and Tracy, a former theatre/restaurant owner who's cooking the most awesome meals and looking after everyone like a mum. There're 2 adorable dogs in the family, so you must be a dog lover. We need help with building and creating, and with an awesome but overgrown garden. In addition, we're about to put 12v solar power into the rooms, also natural air-conditioning and are finishing up the spa bath in the 2nd bathroom... so there's a bit for you to learn and lots of knowledge to take home. We have had awesome experiences with travellers so far 😃. Maryborough is only 30 minutes away from Hervey Bay with beautiful beaches overlooking Frazer Island. Maryborough is a beautiful old heritage town with a lot of old buildings and parks all around. We're just a few metres away from the Mary River, at a quite place and only 1.5 km from town. There'...

Please look to the end for current information. Hi there, I live on a small property close to town, with a stream, subtropicals and some veg and flower gardens. I also run tourist accommodation that is self contained, but always requires work, some cleaning and gardening. I work as an artist, making pots, felting and dyeing. The house is new so there is lots of work to do establishing the garden and generally getting sorted. I would like help with all or any of these things. I particularly value people who love gardening and being outside. One person is ideal for me.I have a small single bedroom for helpers, and the house is pretty open so I take only women. 14/01/26. I'm currently looking for a helper in February to help me look after an art exhibition I am in. From 13th Of Feb for a week or ten days. The job would be sitting in the gallery for three hours some days of the week, or helping at home while I sit in the gallery. Reasonably good English language would be needed ...

CURRENTLY SEEKING A SINGLE MALE / FEMALE or COUPLE, but please feel free to ask if you have some availability either now or in the future. A MINIMUM COMMITMENT of at least one month is required please. It takes about 2 weeks to settle in and learn things plus shorter stays do not allow you to fully experience all that is on offer in our beautiful area. Katie and I own a small crofting home in the rural heart of the Scottish West Highlands in a tiny village called Lochailort and we need help all year round. A good understanding of the English language is necessary. This location is not ideal for improving or learning English, as interaction with us and others can be limited. We are always looking for willing, reliable, pro-active, self motivated and enthusiastic volunteers :) Please whatsapp our mobile number or leave a message here if you are interested in a placement with us. We are particularly keen on couples with the male having some basic building or gardening / home growing sk...

We are beekeepers in a small village near Bayonne, in the south west of France. We live in an old typical farm of the area with animals (one dog, two cats, chickens and millions of bees). We have near to 150 hundred hives which produce different honeys (heather, chestnut, acacia,...). For that we`re moving it in different areas. We are also making some pastry with our honey and we are selling the production on the local shops. We are also gardening, cooking and doing some DIY works at farm. We would please to welcome to you.

HAPPY NEW YEAR Right here we go if you are one of the many who don't bother to reply to a host please don't bother to read my profile as I'm only interested in genuine people who actually still care and don't think only about themselves (very rare now as most just don't bother to reply even though l have taken the time to read there profile and message them, just a simple no thanks is all it takes). I feel the world is becoming so sad and pathetic and miserable that people can only be nice when they need something from someone and if there is nothing to gain for them they just don't bother or care, so so sad that the human race has become like this. If however you've gotten this far and still choose to continue to read my profile then we should get on really well, best of luck 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hi, I'm Grant,l am as kiwi as you can get, I'm fit, healthy and live a healthy lifestyle, I'm honest (maybe to honest) and say what l think, l respect open and honest people (my reviews give a good in...

PLEASE READ MY WHOLE HOST PROFILE BEFORE YOU APPLY TO VISIT MY PLACE AND ASK ABOUT ANYTHING YOUR NOT CLEAR ON You don't need to have an overwhelming desire to save the world, live off the land, or be more useful than a Swiss army knife, to stay here. A nice honest person is good enough. This is a relaxing place, close to nature, away from the backpacker trail on the coast but still got a bit happening, somewhere to recharge your batteries, do a bit of work, have a laugh and meet some real Aussies, maybe get out of your comfort zone a bit😜 My place is a cattle farm with one skinny, old farmer, one dog, some cattle, lots of birds and wildlife, relaxing place, near Kyogle, a quiet country town, which is 1.5 hours drive west from Byron Bay. Two hours south of Brisbane by train. Very close to the beautiful Border Ranges National Park (bike ride away). I like to show people around.

We are offering accommodation and meals in exchange for 4 - 5 hours general gardening and housework a day. Happy to share the cooking for anyone that loves to cook! We eat a variety of food and are accommodating to our guests that are vegetarian. If you are staying for longer than a week we ask that you work 5 days and have two days o...

(Melb CBD is 1 hour via train.) Hello travellers!

You will have your own queensize bed and private bathroom. Shops nearby. There is beautiful bush outside and plenty to see nearby. Am looking for people who are at least in their mid-twenties. I prefer couples. Either short or long term accomodation. I have had Helpxers for the past 25 years and had loads of happy reviews. Please phone me for more details about myself and this accommodation. Nicola

Currently we know a builder who needs a carpenter and can start work straight away if you stay at the Fox. Plus there are quite a few cafe jobs and bar jobs in town. We are looking for happy helpers around our Hostel. Duties include checking people in, cleaning, making beds, vacuuming, bathrooms, putting out breakfast booking people in and generally being a social and engaging person with our guests. There is breakfast included, and internet and wifi as well as tea and coffee. A BBQ once per week and pasta nights all free for our helpxers. We provide you with a food allowance of $80 each person each week. All accommodation is either in a female or mixed dorm or for the more intrepid one of our tents with bedding provided. We ask 3 1/2 hours per day for either 7-11am in the morning or the evening shift which is from 6-9.30pm. If this sounds like you then please send me a message or call me on my mobile. Also besides the above we also need someone good with social media for engaging w...
