The community is currently in its early stages with various hemp houses under construction. We run a small garden around the house and are planting natives while we finish our house.. We are near the Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island 40mins from Perth city centre. Very close to public transport, cafes and library. Ideal for beach walking, diving, swimming, cycling, fishing, sailing and windsurfing (beach is 60 metres away). SUNSHINE COAST - HINTERLAND. Accommodation is a self-contained studio which includes kitchen, en-suite and wi-fi. Guests help with house and garden for 12 hours per week per guest. The help roster is Monday to Thursday - in summer from 6am to 9am and in winter 7am to 10am. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 11am.
