Stays of up to ONE WEEK - SUNDAY to SATURDAY are our preference but we may also consider longer stays so just ask. Our unique property, 'Raintrees Native and Rainforest Gardens' is located just one kilometre from DIAMOND BEACH at Hallidays Point on the NSW Mid North Coast. Diamond Beach, Shelly Beach, and Redhead are within easy walking distance from the property, but we'll drive you to Black Head Beach and several other quiet secluded beaches which are just a short 5-minute drive away. Many of our guests like to walk back from Black Head Beach along the beach to our property. We'll also show you around Forster-Tuncurry, Taree, Harrington, and Crowdy Head and when possible, even as far north as Port Macquarie and south as far as Pacific Palms and Seal Rocks. Diamond Beach is located centrally in one of the most scenically beautiful (Average Temperature 26 Degrees Celsius) regions of Australia with the Myall Lakes, Smith Lake, Seal Rocks, and Pacific Palms one hour to the south and Lau...

I live between a yacht on Sydney Harbour and a house in a tall eucalyptus forest on the mid north coast of NSW, and need some assistance in working on the house and on another yacht. I'm a carpenter who worked with National Parks and Wildlife for 25 years before retiring, and live with a small dog Billy. I've had many helpers come stay over the last few years and have been lucky to have so many interesting travellers stay. My yacht, is currently on the hard at Whoota, where we are renovating her while helping with work on her. I often take helpers out sailing to see the magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House but this is not possible while she is being worked on. Yet, I hope to invite helpers out when she is back in the water. The house is located in Whoota, near Forster. It is surrounded by forest and located a 10 minute drive from pristine beaches, lakes, and bushwalks. There a lots of dolphins to see and beautiful areas to explore. The work we are doing on the house ...

A large, spacious room has a double bed attached to the house with a private entrance. Applications for COUPLES or TWO people are open now. Opportunities for summer vineyard and winemaking work are available now, starting in January 2026. Couples with Visitor visas are also welcome. I want (NON-smoking) volunteers who wish to experience distillery, vineyard, and winemaking work. NON SMOKERS ONLY! I am in LAUNCESTON TASMANIA. I (Yvonne) have a house in West Launceston, it is not a farm, it is a friendly house in a quiet Launceston suburb! I can accommodate one or two FEMALE helpers (Due to the religious Haram restrictions of one of our residents I can't accommodate male helpers) for about a week or so from now on. Minimum stay three nights. Please inquire about available dates. Accommodation (for a single or two females) is in a private room with a double-bed. (Pictured). I can also add a single camp-bed in this room if helpers are two women who don't share a bed. I have been unwell, have poor eyesight, am on a restricted diet and am often busy doing volunteer community work, so I find it too difficult to have to cook meals and supply food. I can only offer an arrangement where you do two hours work per day for just accommodation and you supply your own food and cook your own meals. If this sounds like something you would be OK with, do contact me! Helpers...

Greetings from Nulu, we are a small young family in search of some helping hands. We grow organic fruit and herbs in our yard and have a rainwater tank. Papayas, bananas, passion fruits and pineapple are all growing well so far. Our house is a little bit of a sanctuary for travelers and we enjoy the company of friends often. We can offer you a room to yourself and some meals for a single or couple in exchange for 2 hours help each day excluding weekends. Help can include gardening, house upkeep, cleaning, food preparation, playing with our 2 young sons or playing with the two dogs. We love music and fruit, weaving and creating and spend lots of time at the local creeks. We are working towards living more sustainably and eventually wish to be a part of a community living together on the land.

Our present HelpX couple from France have decided to stay for a few more weeks so we will not have a position available until the end of March ENJOY THE FREEDOM & BEAUTY OF SOUTH GIPPSLAND. Property is a botanic garden of Australian native plants, many rare or endangered, plus an acre of plants for cut flowers, mainly proteas, banksias and tea trees. Lots of wildlife. We need help with weeding, mowing, mulching, planting and general clean up as the property is too big for the two of us to maintain. Accommodation is very comfortable, private, with fully set up kitchen in a studio style cottage with a queen size bed and smart TV. Recently installed a new electric oven with airfry function. Has split system heating and cooling. It is separate from the main house. It was a very popular AirBnB destination but we have decided not to do it anymore as it is too much extra work. The property is rural; half way between Wonthaggi and Inverloch so having a car is convenient but there are local bus...

Would like to learn and look after a vineyard, distillery and winery this season, no experience is necessary. Established in 1998 and hosting HELPXers for over 15 years, it is the only certified organic winery in the Perth region. It is situated in the Swan Valley, 7km from Elenbrook and 15km from the Perth airport. The vineyard has 3,000 vines, a large house we live in, a machinery shed, and a winery/distillery on the property. Winemaking occurs during the summer months from January to March. During the season, there are generally outdoor activities, such as winery and vine work, plus gardening if it is...

Helpers...

Our present HelpX couple from France have decided to stay for a few more weeks so we will not have a position available until the end of March ENJOY THE FREEDOM & BEAUTY OF SOUTH GIPPSLAND. This is a permaculture designed garden. We have 120 species of bamboo. fruit trees ducks chickens and two dogs and lots of friendly wildlife and many useful plants. we are a wholesale bamboo nursery and also make one off bamboo creations. We are a 10 min drive from Airlie beach in the Whitsundays with 72 islands to sail to. there are many ways a helper can help and learn about permaculture and bamboo. You will have your own room here with wifi and the food is fresh and healthy. We have self contained accommodation in the garden if you like. And if you love fishing we catch and cook seafood. Your days here as a helper count towards the 88 days you need for your second year visa. Please view my website for more info, using my weblink below.
