Ipswich is a lovely place in itself and is about an hours drive to Brisbane, about an hour to the Gold Coast, about an hour and a half to the Sunshine Coast or about an hour to the mountains in Toowoomba. I have updated my profile as my circumstances have changed. I need help around the property with weeds, garden and other maintenance jobs. I have 1 Wild born Pure Dingo and a big goofy dog I now live with my partner at Edith near Edith Falls. This is an amazing place to be. We live a sustainable lifestyle growing most of our food. Northern Plants Nursery has Barramundi to fertilize the plants. We live at the Billabong which attracts an abundance of birdlife and other wildlife. You can see Sugar Gliders, Possums, the rare Red Flying Fox ,several different kinds of King Fishers , ducks and the beautiful Blue winged Kookaburras live here. Your Accommodation will be basic but comfortable. Breakfast overlooking the Billabong is fantastic. You will learn lots about sustainable living and the local environment. Hello. I am Laura and I live with my sweet 16-year-old dog, Honey. We live on a gorgeous 2/3-acre property near Castlemaine in rural Victoria. It's a big home with a solar system providing most of our power (in summer!), a large shed/workshop and a swimming pool. Another person will be moving here in the next few months. There are magnificent tall gum trees nearby and lots of bird life, which makes for a very peaceful rural vibe. It does not feel suburban here. There are some lovely little bushwalks right near my house. I work from home as a freelance editor and I love swimming in the pool year round. We are approx. 40min from Darwin city center and are looking for someone to come stay to help around our horse property with cleaning, gardening, some horse duties and possibly entertain tinny humans (4 year old and 8 year old). Flexible with hours (3-4 per day) to fit in with sight-seeing or if you have a job. 1 clean large room with King bed, own tv and separate bathroom, laundry and fridge. Includes one meal per day which is dinner. Preferred if you have your own car due to our location being out of town farm stay. Accommodation and night time meal provided. We run a council approved Organic Sourdough micro bakery from the property, delivering around the sunshine coast a couple of times per week.
