The beach front home is only 100mts to the ocean so great for all beach activities out the front gate. There is Separate accommodation to main house with amenities. Work will involve travelling to the properties to help inspect livestock waters and wellbeing. We are a fit and active couple in our 70s who have recently bought a home (2021) right by the water on Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, 30km from Brisbane. It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. There are also several other islands nearby that can be explored including North Stradbroke Island that has wonderful beaches and walks and lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, turtles and dolphin and - from June to October - humpback whales. We are a not for profit equestrian Facility working with able-bodied and disabled clients. We break and train horses for dressage, vaulting, jumping, trick riding, disabled riders, harness, mounted Police and entertainment. I am a EA coach and assessor worked and trained with horses all my life. The riding Centre is my peaceful place. We need people that can take a joke or two or maybe three.
