It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. We have just had a major flood come through our property (August) so now that it has cooled down, we will be clearing flood debris from fences and repairing them. We are listed in a Disaster Recovery Area (2380) from floods in 2022, so can sign off on the 88 visa for volunteer only. There is tractor driving or mowing with a zero-turn, some painting jobs around the house, sauce and relish making from our own produce and other chores associated with a farm. Beautiful 56 acre mountainous property, completely off grid with a small hardwood house /cottage that I have built using milled wood from trees on the property , with lovely views everywhere .
