Hello, I have recently moved into a property 15 minutes out of St Mary’s. It has a comfortable house and is surrounded by pristine bush. I have a vision of what I would like the property to eventually look like but there is a lot of work to do before then. Firstly the property needs a good tidy up. It hasn’t been maintained for a few years so there is quite a lot of growth that needs to be cleared to make it fire safe. This will involve chainsawing and brush cutting (whipper snipper). There is a lot of building materials and rubbish that can be taken to the tip. The house could do with a deep clean as well. There are some small shelters (a bit damaged) that I would like to resurrect and tidy up so that they can be used.

HI, I am Paul, I live on my 14M monohull steel sloop (one mast) called "Kakadu". Aboriginal name for medicine plant. I have been cruising up and down the Qld coast for 10yrs. I would greatly appreciate some help on the boat to do cleaning and maintenance. Jobs like sanding wood and steel, painting wood and steel and cleaning other surfaces. Some of the paints aren't very nice but I will provide proper breathing equipment and gloves. The fun part is your living on the water in awesome spots.
