We run a small accommodation business consisting of 10 safari style tents and we raise Highland cattle, miniature donkeys, sheep, chickens and a horse, We are seeking helpers that are able to help out with the cleaning of our 10 eco tents, and general farm work. We are looking for help from a couple or 2-3 friends, ,for outside work, including pruning, weeding, mulching, mowing ,in our small home garden in the Tourist town of Daylesford in Central Victoria. All afternoons and 2 days off a week. You will need to be Non Smokers or Vapers and vaccinated for covid. There are several trains a day from Southern Cross Station, with a connecting bus to Daylesford. We are located within walking distance of local Kangaroos, Bus stop, Gym, Library, Supermarket, Cafes, Shops, Post Office, and Cafe's and Pubs. Our home is only 5 blocks walk from the Bus Stop. We are living on a 200 hectare farm in Rollands Plains. Located on the mid north coast, surrounded by hills and valleys, great for bushwalking and exploring if that's what you`re into. We are predominantly an arable farm growing a large amount of garlic. Seasonally, we also grow egg plant, rhubarb, ginger, turmeric, pumpkin, yukon, artichoke, cucumber and corn, and whatever else we can put in the ground. All of our grown produce is certified organic. We do not use any sprays or pesticides. We also keep livestock. A herd of cattle, pigs, sheep and goats as well as chickens, ducks and guinea fowl.
