I am living on a Biodynamic Demeter farm in west Jylland. Here we would like to build a community where we can live of the land, and sell some things. Now we are selling meat, salamis, cheese, butter, olive oil, juice, honey and wine. There is a clearing in the forest 3ha big where now my pigs live when they are out. You are welcome to come and stay, even for a longer time, to learn the practical skills in farming and to help develop the farm to an eco-community where we can have a nice time together. At the moment there are about 100 cattles and 200 pigs. This season we are slowly starting a good kitchen garden so we can be self sufficient with vegetables also, and even try to sell some. Family with 3 kids (from 8-16 years), 2 parents and 2 grandparents living together in an old farm aprox. 30 min away from Copenhagen. We have 42 acres of land where we grow organic crops. We have a few animals like chickens, goats, cats and a dog. We also run a bed & breakfast and rent out offices at the premises. Our 2 youngest children are homeschooled so you must like to be around kids. We are mainly looking for help with the cleaning of the bed & breakfast aprox. 4 hours a day.
