This location will suit nature lovers because it is very peaceful and feels remote. However, it is just outside the village which has some amenities, in an elevated spot with a view of the sea and the peninsulas. The road to the property is a tractor track through olive groves therefore there is very little traffic. The local beach is ten minutes by bike or half an hour’s walk. Hosting a helper who has some basic skills in gardening and possibly carpentry would be ideal. Also if there is knowledge of fitting wood stoves that would be great.
