This is a small school that allows children of very poor villages to access scholarship so they can have the basics of a proper education. We are located in a small village (sujata) near Bodhgaya, which is the city where Buddha got enlightenment !! It is a beautiful place you can visit during your free time. Work will be 2-3 hours a day (class is only in the morning because children get to help in the fields in the afternoon), 6 days a week. This school was established in 1975 and is a family run School. We are based in Uttaradit/Thailand and have about 600 pupils. The school teaches children from Kindergarten (3-5 years old) to Secondary School (15 years old). We need Volunteers who would like to teach basic English or basic Chinese. My group aims to help develop the foreign languages (mainly English and Chinese) in schools so we need volunteers to work with us. In these schools, we provide the opportunity for the students in the remote areas to study and can communicate in English and other languages. At the moment we also provide Chinese language in schools because of the need from the parents so not only English teachers we do need Chinese teachers. And in some schools, we put more English and Chinese lessons for the students.
